At a mini size of 2.2 x 3.0m, the 28mm Mini Moderno adds a stylish and modern feel to any outdoor space. Perfect for all garden storage needs, open the centrally positioned door for worry free movement of tools and equipment in and out of the log cabin.

The Mini Modern is manufactured using quality 28mm slow grown Spruce, chosen for its tight, dense wood grain. Wood is a natural, living product and will expand and contract with changes in the weather. For this reason, each Tuin log cabin features only one timber species and is free from finger jointing - signs of a high quality build!

Available in untreated interlocking logs, the Mini Modern can be customised to match the unique style of each garden. Treat your building as soon as it has been installed using a stain, impregnation fluid or paint - purchase from Tuin at the same time as your log cabin. Supplied with EPDM and adhesive, a high quality and durable roofing material that will last for up to 20 years.

Please note, this cabin is supplied untreated, we recommend that the building is treated with high quality paints and treatments. They should be applied strictly to the manufacturer's recommendation. We also offer our own treatments:

Roof Covering information:

As standard this log cabin is supplied with an EPDM rubber roof which is the best and most reliable roofing option we can offer, This is what we always recommend for log cabins with a pent style roof.

Please note, using a Drainage Outlet for EPDM roofs is highly recommended.

The EPDM is supplied with adhesive and is a superior alternative compared to normal roofing felt and shingles for cabins with this roof type, lasting for up to 20 years. For more information on how to install EPDM please see EPDM on Log Cabins.

Or you may prefer to use your own roofing option? Not a problem as you can select to purchase this cabin without any roofing atall at a reduced rate under the options tab above.

Approximate Delivery Time: 14 - 21 Working Days

Delivery Zone
Roof Material Supplied as standard with high grade EPDM rubber roofing, This single sheet of rubber spans the entire roof with no overlaps.
Floor Required Spruce T&G floor options are available with your log cabin in two different thicknesses, The floor kits come supplied with treated floor joists, skirtings for the edges and all the fixings required for installation.
Foundation Beams Foundation beams are used to separate the logs of the cabin from the base/hardstanding that it will sit on.
Delivery Week

Deliveries are carried out by external hauliers or carriers, Log Cabins are delivered with a fully articulated lorry with a moffett forklift.
