Sizes for our Garden Rooms

Standard sizes range from 2.7 x 2.31m, all the way up to 7.5 x 3.6m. Bespoke sizes are only limited by your imagination. With a modern pent roof supplied with premium EPDM rubber roofing and different wall cladding options to consider you can be sure to find something in this range of garden rooms that will suit your requirements.

S.I.P panels are super thermally effeciant, depending on the thickness chosen they can reach a staggering U-value of 0.26w/mK, This is often superior to some brick and mortor housed. While the costs fall well under a simialar size.

Delivery of your Garden Room

Our Garden Rooms come in prepalletise kits and will arrive via an articulated vehicle with a demountable, self powered forklift to move the packages. Delivery will be curbside which usually means a driveway or a side path to your garden, you don’t have to be there for delivery. Please contact us if there are any limitations regarding size of your unloading area and access.

Once your delivery has been made, please check your package to ensure all items have arrived securely and without damage.

We do NOT take any payment until the week before your chosen week of delivery.
