The Stig Log Cabin with side porch measures 3.0 x 2.5m+2.5m, overall it is 5m x 3m and is constructed using 28mm interlocking logs. A flat roof corner cabin, the Stig includes double doors and two opening windows.

Manufactured using 28mm logs, this corner cabin with flat roof and side porch adds a sleek and stylish focal point to any outdoor space. Extremely versatile, the Stig can be used as a summerhouse, storage shed or both!

A fantastic alternative to an apex roof cabin with front canopy, the side porch can be positioned to the left or right to suit all gardens - the perfect shaded spot for outdoor furniture. The Stig also benefits from an angled entrance with double doors and two opening windows.

Built using only first rate Spruce, all timber is specially selected to conform to Dutch standards. The standards do not allow different timbers to be mixed or finger jointing, the process whereby short lengths are used to create the full building length, and contributes to the longevity of a garden building.

All Tuin log cabins are supplied untreated and will require treatment as soon as they have been installed. Tuin offers a great variety of treatment options including stains and paints. Supplied with EPDM and adhesive, a high quality and durable roofing material that will last for up to 20 years.

Please note, using a Drainage Outlet for EPDM roofs is highly recommended.

Roof Covering information:

As standard this log cabin is supplied with an EPDM rubber roof which is the best and most reliable roofing option we can offer, This is what we always recommend for log cabins with a pent style roof.

The EPDM is supplied with adhesive and is a superior alternative compared to normal roofing felt and shingles for cabins with this roof type, lasting for up to 20 years. For more information on how to install EPDM please see EPDM on Log Cabins.

Or you may prefer to use your own roofing option? Not a problem as you can select to purchase this cabin without any roofing atall at a reduced rate under the options tab above.

Roof Material Supplied as standard with high grade EPDM rubber roofing, This single sheet of rubber spans the entire roof with no overlaps.
Floor Required Spruce T&G floor options are available with your log cabin in two different thicknesses, The floor kits come supplied with treated floor joists, skirtings for the edges and all the fixings required for installation.
Foundation Beams Foundation beams are used to separate the logs of the cabin from the base/hardstanding that it will sit on.
Delivery Week

Deliveries are carried out by external hauliers or carriers, Log Cabins are delivered with a fully articulated lorry with a moffett forklift.

Very pleased with product a few problems putting together but I'm not a carpenter and it was nothing a phone call didn't cure quickly excellent service and advice

Delivery bang on time the driver went the extra mile to position the package exactly where required.
The Stig looks great it has taken about a week to build paint and fit out with electrics but the basic build took two people about two days in total, the whole build was also hampered by rain.
Once you have cut the base frame I would suggest that it is fixed to the base otherwise it moves around when you come to fit the first row of logs and constantly throws things out of square cannot express enough how important it is to be both square and level.
Build instructions are at best basic but any questions are answered efficiently even my out of hours enquiry was answered within 15 minuets.
All in all from order to finish Tuin have provided an excellent experience, a great looking cabin at a good price and quality second to none.

I recently bought the Stig log cabin and I am more than happy with my purchase. The product is exceptionally good value for money and I found similarly priced items elsewhere to be much smaller. In terms of assembly I decided to a local builder to do the work. Three men managed to finish the job in less than a day. The height of the cabin is 2.3 metres meaning planning permission is not necessary. I have a few other plans for the garden and will certainly be looking towards Tuin for my next purchase. I would highly recommend.

Cannot fault tuin for their customer service or the cabins quality. It really is lovely and they were very helpful. But I have to be honest, although most of it is self explanatory, the instructions are a joke! Far too basic and far too vague for the parts you really need them for. Regardless of the reasonable price and whoever actually manufactured it, I think that for the money you spend, you should get something a little more user friendly with it. As with the other 4 star review, I have to base my review the same because of the instructions provided.
