Great for smaller gardens, the Argo provides a practical storage space for a variety of garden equipment. Manufactured using 19mm slown grown Swedish Spruce, this log cabin provides an alternative to the traditional panelled garden shed. Featuring a single access door and a single fixed side window. The side window can be placed either side as required.

Built using first rate timber from Spruce, this variety is chosen for its tight, dense wood grain. Tuin log cabins do not feature a mixture of timber species or finger jointing, the process whereby short lengths of timber are used to create the full log length, to indicate a high quality build.

Please note, this cabin is supplied untreated, we recommend that the building is treated with high quality paints and treatments. They should be applied strictly to the manufacturer's recommendation. We also offer our own treatments:

  • Impregnation Fluid (1 2.5l tins)

FREE roof Shingles: As a standard building you can select either roofing felt or FREE shingles. We cannot guarantee which colour or shape will be sent. We will always let you know the colour and style following your order. It is rarely possible to change those offered as it is dependant on our stocks.

Free shingles for this Argo 19mm log cabin are the same quality as our standard range and made by the same manufacturer. However, they are last years stock and old range colours, also some packaging may not be 'as new'.

Standard Roof Shingles: These are from our standard catalogue range and are available in various colours and styles.

We highly recommend shingles with your log cabin:  The final finish is far more superior and turns a shed into a stunning log cabin. Ordinary felt will last two - three years. Shingles will last for at least 15 years and it is unlikely you will ever need to replace them.

Log Cabin Storm Kit A storm kit can be chosen to help safeguard your log cabin from severe winds/weather, Each kit features four anchoring points for each corner of the building.
Delivery Zone
Floor Required Spruce T&G floor options are available with your log cabin in two different thicknesses, The floor kits come supplied with treated floor joists, skirtings for the edges and all the fixings required for installation.
Foundation Beams Foundation beams are used to separate the logs of the cabin from the base/hardstanding that it will sit on.
Log Cabin Air Vents Ventilation in log cabins can be very important to help prevent the build up of moisture and damp through periods of none-use

Delivery Week

Easy to order, perfect fuss free delivery!! The cabin goes together so easily and therefore quickly!! A nice touch to have free tiles for the roof. We did wonder if we’d have enough room for all our garden things, but there was plenty of room. A very sturdy, good quality structure!!

Ordered this as a garden storage shed - slight overkill really but I wanted to get it as trial to see how good Tuin products are for when I need to buy a much bigger workshop in the future.

The ordering process was very easy and the delivery was as easy as all the reviews say. I had a phone call a few days before to confirm the day. The driver phoned the evening before to confirm where we were and the time he would show up. He found us OK (which is better than most courier companies do). He parked by the side of the main A road, the pallet was on the wrong side, I expected the traffic to blocked for a least a couple of minutes while he took it off the lorry but no in 30 seconds he was down my drive.

Assembly was fairly straightforward having read all the info on the website. And my 80+ year old dad and myself had the bulk of it up in an afternoon and the shingles were on one side in another evening and Dad finished off the following day. No major problems, we had a couple of warped logs which we came across when finishing the tops of the walls off which mean there was a gap between the wall and the roof boards - but this has closed up.

The only slightly poor quality item was the supplied bolt, we replaced this with two more sturdy ones.

We finished this with two coats of Polyx UV protect and this has gone on well and seems to throw the water off well. One other product recommendation is for the use of Lost-Tite screws for the fixing of the roof trims etc instead of pins and regular screws.

This is the second log cabin I have purchased from Tuin and once again I am over the moon with my purchase, the service is excellent, i was kept informed right from the start and the delivery driver could have been better, placing the item next to my garden. Like the previous log can (which i still have) erecting it was a dream, these items are so well made you can put them up in no time at all they simply slot together. I would recommend Tuin every time absolutely excellent.
