The Kos Gazebo is perfect for creating a sheltered area within your garden. Offering shade from the sun and protection from the summer rain, this gazebo is suitable for sheltering your garden furniture set to create an outdoor dining area.

Featuring four corner posts, the Kos features a unique roof construction to support the stunning pyramid style roof. For the perfect finishing touch, each gazebo is supplied with standard roofing felt but stunning coloured felt shingles - are available in black, brown, red, green and blue.

Manufactured using the highest quality smooth planed LARCH.

Larch timber

Comes from well managed forest and is one of the most durable softwood species.

It has a very warm colour and texture. Larch is in great demand for use in building due to being tough, waterproof and high durable qualities: top quality, In central Europe it is viewed as one of the best wood for building houses.

It is within the timber durability class of 3 - 4 and is ideal for garden buildings and structures. It is a resinous wood whose heartwood colour exhibits amber pink to reddish brown and if often chosen for it's rich colour. As it ages it will eventually get a weathered look. We can provide very high quality treatments that will allow it to keep it's natural colour so valued.

Treatment:
 
Being Larch this building does not need to be treated and will weather similar to oak. However, if you appreciate the distinctive colour and wish to preserve this we recommend a clear treatment such as our Carefree Protect. Of course solid colours can also be used if you would like to paint it a solid colour.
 
FREE roof Shingles: As a standard gazebo you can select EITHER roofing felt OR FREE shingles.
 
Free shingles for this gazebo are the same quality as our standard range and made by the same manufacturer. However, they are last year's stock and old range colours, also some packaging may not be 'as new'.
 
Standard Roof Shingles: These are from our standard catalogue range and are available in various colours and styles.
 
We highly recommend shingles with your gazebo: The final finish is far more superior then felt.. Ordinary felt will last two - three years. Shingles will last for at least 15 years and it is unlikely you will ever need to replace them.

excellent quality, very robust and straight forward to erect. The shingles were easy to fit and really finished of the build. One suggestion is to make sure all the staples are put into the dunage rather than into the finished timber. I would definitely recommend.

The Gazebo sits well on our new decking set within our Indian sandstone patio. The red shingles provide a good looking watertight finish to the roof.
Delivery was made as agreed and the gazebo kit was forklifted down our drive on a larger than average pallet. Erection of the gazebo was fairly straight forward and was completed in a day employing a gang of 3. The shingles were fixed the following day. Unfortunately two of the larch members of the ring beam were too twisted to join together so the hole ring beam was substituted with structural grade 4 x 2. Time and other commitments did not allow for us as ask Tuin to change the twisted larch pieces.
Despite this we are pleased with the finished result and have made the most of the lovely shaded area this hot summer!

Excellent product. Looks great and went together reasonably easily. Fixing kit was missing from original delivery but the office were great and I received a kit the next day.

Excellent product. We travelled up from Essex to Norfolk to look at the quality beforehand and were very happy with it. The ordering and delivery were quicker than expected, and well organised. Our builders erected it and although the diagrams packed with the kit were a bit scant on the roofing, the Tuin blog was very helpful as were staff at Tuin when they phoned to check a couple of details. Very satisfied with the end result.
