Spray Coating of Timber Products

We can professionally paint any of our Garden Timber Structures our Timber, Fencing etc in fact anything we sell can be spray painted. For our timber cladding or fencing the product receives one coat. For our Log cabins, gazebos, arches and other structures it will receive a two layer coating.

The water based undercoat is applied in a purpose built spray booth and the colours depend on your final coating. They are available in the following choices:

• MPSPUITW Undercoat white
• MPSPUITG Undercoat grey
• MPSPUITA Undercoat charcoal
• MPSPUITT Undercoat transparent

Garden Structures

Our Log Cabins, Garage, Larch Buildings, Gazebos or Carports can all be spray coated.  They will receive TWO coats, the colour you choose will depend on the final colour you want your structure to be.

Please note that the roof boards and the ends (faces) of the logs are NOT painted

Timber - Fencing - Cladding

For timber, fencing and cladding a one coat spray treatment is given in the choice of colours above.

Timber Pricing:

You can calculate the price for painting your timber using this formula:

• Price of the product divided by 1.2 (example 100/1.2 = 83.33)
• Take this figure and multiply by 1.3 (example 83.33 x 1.3 = 108.33)
• Use this figure and take away from the original (example 108.33 - 83.33 = 24.99)
• This is the cost of spray coating your fencing, timber or cladding excluding VAT. Add this in the box above and VAT will be added in your shopping cart.

Final Coating

Following the spray coating it will need a final coating of your own choice. We recommend our paint: Embalan found in the Timber Treatment category.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

When immersion treatment has been ordered this is making a standard product bespoke. We will request a 50% non refundable deposit of the total amount when an order is placed.
