Bespoke Shepherd Huts

Can't find a Shepherds Hut to your needs? We can make a bespoke hut for you- With a fixed width of 2.4m, create a Shepherd Hut to any length that's needed. With lengths being made of up 1.2m increments, feel free to experiment with our various options.

A range of options available for our Shepherd Hut range, to complete and personalise your Shepherd Hut. Most of our customers will add to the Shepherd Huts in order to produce a Garden office, Summerhouse or accommodation either rented for holiday parks or for private use.

Please note: The bespoke Shepherd Huts have a fixed width of 2.4m, this can't be changed. Only the length of the shepherd hut can be changed - Each panel is 1.2m long. Doors and windows are double glazed. Supplied untreated to enable you to finish to the standard you require with insulation, panelling, lining, painting etc.

Use 35mm - 45mm Celotex (or similar) insulation in the walls and rockwool in the roof to create an office or accomodation. Line very cheaply with pine face plywood in the roof or 8mm pine cladding for the walls. Quotation:

To receive a quotation, please send an email in to info@tuin.co.uk with a sketch/floorplan of your desired Shepherd Hut Design. Please include sizing as well as any available options you would like, including the positioning of them. The available options are listed below- Examples of quotation sketches can be seen in the detailed images.

The minimum length required for a shepherds hut is 3.6m (Three panels long).

Please note: The side and front veranda's will use the steps included with the Shepherds hut, If you would like to use the stairs as normal as well as having a veranda then additional stairs will be needed.

Plans:

If you are satisfied with the quotation we will then draw plans for you. There are examples on this page. If you would like more examples, please ask us to ensure they are suitable for you. A set of plans will show each elevation, each wall and all dimensions.

We charge £100 for the plans and this price is of course deducted when you place an order after approving the plans. Should you place an order we ask for 50% non refundable deposit. The remaining 50% is paid just prior to delivery. Should you need to cancel the order we will try to sell your building to recover your deposit and return it to you. Please note, in the summer our staff may take longer to return to you with plans, due to it being an overall busier period.

Your bespoke Shepherds Hut will include as standard:

• 19mm Tongue and Groove Cladding.
• Floor and Roof cladding has a rear groove to ensure it does not curl over time.
• Inner laminated and curved trusses.
• Supplied with standard roofing felt.
• Substantial painted Metal wheels, axles and supports.
• Substantial Adjustable support legs for level positioning.
• Steel axles and frames are heavily bolted to the timber subframe.
• Timber Subframe of a very heavy duty construction.
• High quality window and door fittings.
• Torx screws as standard including torx bits.
• All Fittings, screws, components and instruction manual.
• ALL is cut to size and is extremely precise with little or no tolerance.
• This product is actually hugely over engineered with metal brackets, 90 degree brackets and plates, all of which is unnecessary in the UK market but does display the massive quality you will receive on order as this is designed for Germany and Holland.
• Only for static use and props must be used all the time.
