The polycarbonate roofing material is embedded The columns arrive in lengths of 2.4m which allows an adjustable walk through height to suit.

Supplied with U-plate foundations as standard which are lightweight surface mounted metal anchors that are shaped like a U.. The base of the U can be bolted or screwed to a suitable hard standing underneath like concrete, slabs or sometimes even a timber platform. The upstands of the U then fit inside the bottom of your post and is then screwed in place to hold it firm.

Veranda Drainage

Water collects in the gutter at the top and will then fall through a hole above the post where it naturally drops to the ground below. here it is possible to rig up pipes to filter water to a chosen location, or just let it filter through a stone bed.

Optional Extras:

• Concrete foundation With Drainage - Concrete block that sits below the ground with a drainage system -
• Post Anchor feet- A fitting which slots under the post to provide anchorage as well as drainage

The listed sizes for this structure are fixed, we cannot supply it in any other sizes

Installation of your Veranda:

This Veranda is designed for DIY installation and will come complete with very detailed step by step drawings. However please understand some cutting, drilling and DIY skills are required to install this veranda. Please see the instructional video found under the Video tab above for an example.

Deliveries are carried out by external hauliers or carriers, Verandas are delivered with a fully articulated lorry with a moffett forklift.
