Really good quality Cabins, we bought two and linked them together. The fitters were also really good. The cabins are great quality and we will be buying another one soon.

After much searching on the internet, we chose Tuin due to the outstanding value for money their cabins offer, the quality of the product (My wife visited their show room near Norwich before our purchase) and their customer service. We bought the Rune log cabin several months ago and could not be happier. I initially started looking for a cabin one Sunday afternoon and sent off an email with some queries; I received a response within a few minutes which I found quite impressive. The ordering process was very straight forward as was the delivery. We live in a small close, even so, the driver had no difficulty in reversing his lorry into the road; offloading his fork lift truck and dropping off the packed log cabin in the front garden. In all the whole process took no more than 30 minute. We used one of Tuin’s recommended installers, who did a superb job. They had everything assembled in around 2 days. We finished off the job with a couple of coats of wood preserver and Sadolin with the cabin coming up a treat. My teenage children use the cabin now and they love it.

Like most, I spent a great deal of time researching online suppliers to find the best balance between price, product, service and knowledge. What kept me coming back to Richard and Tuin, was that he had all four without compromise. I loved how he debunked some of the myths and blurb, especially where he directed me to cheaper solutions, eg, insulation.

Purchasing Tuin's Rune cabin in 70mm logs was an easy decision given the price, which was so important as I would be spending money raised by my partner and donated by members of the public to build a hydrotherapy pool in our garden for year round use by our son who has severe disabilities.

The cabin arrived swiftly and bang on time with the friendly driver proving his credentials by delicately transporting the well-wrapped packages up a 1/3 mile long narrow lane - in clogs!

Matt and Becky at South East Pools did the design and build from start to finish at a price as keen as Tuin's, using the comprehensive Rune drawings sent by Richard. They were happy to receive Richard's specialised advice regarding the impact of log expansion and contraction, via my regular email correspondence with him.

The result was a quality cabin which went up very smoothly with every fixing on slots to allow movement of the logs beneath. With the same principle in mind, South East Pools allowed slack in their high temperature PVC liner which was welded to the logs horizontally to form a splash guard and shower area.

Tuin's storage annexe in 45mm logs made a perfect, separate plant room.

Interior and exterior preservative and protective coatings were supplied either free or heavily discounted by Trade Paints, who confirmed that Richard's preferred choice of Sadolin was also theirs (just checking, Richard, no offense!)

Plenty of rigid insulation went on the roof and has been holding the heat in nicely. Floor tiles went down on matting which allowed for movement.

Thanks in part to Richard and his team at Tuin, our son now has the ability to escape the confines of his wheelchair and relieve the pain induced by cerebral palsy.

The Rune cabin arrived promptly and as advertised, the driver was careful and was able to place this giant delivery (4 pallets, one 8 meters long!) exactly where I needed it. Even there, however, moving this monster board by heavy board took half a day. Construction, however, was mostly a dream. We had it up and dry in about 4 days of effort, spread over a week. A few improvements to the instructions and the parts list are needed, but the quality and fit of this big cabin is really fantastic. Looking forward to putting in the floor and decorate!

I ordered this cabin on special offer and so please I did. It took me a while to put it up and I found it ok after a few calls to Tuin. The chap talked me through it all the way, Easy!
Delivery was good with their forklift, communication great. I can't recommend them enough. I'll be back!

I ordered the Rune Cabin. First the Service: The website was easy to use, I sent a few clarification emails on points I had and these were responded to quickly. Delivery was arranged easily. Payment taken. So far so good. Second - Delivery: I had arranged delivery for the morning but the cabin did not arrive until 2pm! Third - Build: I had two builders come and fit it for me, they did struggle to start with but got into the swing of things. The instructions could be better! The logs were very heavy and it needed two men to put it together! Fourth - Findings: The cabin, now it is up is very, very good! It is strong, watertight and seems to be warm, I'll see come winter. Very please overall with everything.

We ordered this cabin on a special offer price and Tuin were kind enough to keep it for two months until we were ready. Richard encouraged us to fit it ourselves and I'm pleased we did, the challenge was worth it.

It wasn't that easy with so many bits but we were advised to take it steady and slowly which we did. Now it's up we are delighted, it's our dream escape and I can't thank Richard enough for his help and he alone saved us £1200 in a fitting cost. He even helped us at night!

I love my Rune, it's become a hideaway from the grand-children. I have everything I need in there including a wood burner and bed for an afternoon nap!
