Loya Pent Roof Log Cabin 3.8 x 3m

We live in the North of Scotland and were a bit worried about ordering online. We are very pleased to say that we should not have worried at all, ordering our log cabin from Tuin was very simple and stress free from begging to end, The log cabin is exactly what we wanted, the installation following the instructions was very easy, about 7 hours, by husband and 2 friends, slight problem with a missing log but again the after service was excellent, after phoning Tuin, they had the replacement delivered from Norfolk in two working days...remembering so many companies will not deliver or want to charge more than the product is worth for delivery charges to the Highlands. Well done Tuin and thank you for a fantastic service and Log Cabin.

Would recommend using Tuin to anyone, great customer service kept up to date with delivery, also great service from the delivery team dropped off as close to the house as possible also called before they arrived, as for the summer house it was quite a quick assembly and is completely solid once built, I look forward to many years of relaxing out in the back of my garden in it, already a few of my neighbours are considering ordering one of their own as they have been in to see the quality of mine, very happy customer

The ordering and delivery of the Cabin was straight forward and arrived as scheduled without any issues. Having watched the on line videos I found Assembly easy and took two days , including floor, shelving and guttering which I bought separately. The Cabin is excellent value for money and wouldn't hesitate in recommending it to friends. The only negative I can find is the roof felt which Is somewhat cheap and brittle

The Loya Pent Roof log cabin is a great addition to our garden and will make a lovely space to get changed when using our hot tub and also as a dinning area on BBQ days when the weather decides not to play fair.
The cabin is really solid and went up in a day and i found the window and door a breeze to fit because of the way Tuin have designed it.
I would highly recommend any of their products based on the experience i've had.

I bought this to turn into a beauty salon and it did not disappoint! I didn’t even need to worry about having it insulated as the wood is very good quality. I have a small heater inside for the winter and a small air conditioning unit for the summer and they both serve me well. My husband put the summerhouse together on his own with minimal help from myself and he built it with no issues. It’s sturdy, well made and I’m very pleased with my purchase. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from tuin again

This log cabin will add years of the fun factor to our garden we love it and would highly recommend this Company to anyone thinking of buying from them.

Good products let down by quality control. I had to glue 4 lengths as the wood was split. 1 rear length is nearly 2 inches shorter than the others and i had to borrow a router as one length had not been done and would not fit. I paid someone to help me so could not send it back as it was half way up when we realised. Should have taken a day but took a day and a half due to the messing around. Would i recommend it, probably not.

The Loya Cabin is brilliantly built, good quality materials and workmanship. Went together very easily and once completed it is very solid and sturdy. I actually moved the doors to one side and put an extra door in on the left followed by a partition wall. Really happy with how the cabin pallet arrived, very well packaged and the support forum is brilliant.

Great value cabin and fast easy delivery. Cabin looks good and now finished we are very pleased with the end result. Painted it grey with white trim around windows and doors. Improvements could be made with instructions though for the door frame, and i couldn't find any reference to window ledges...had to guess what the 2 left over pieces were, All in all I would recommend and am very happy with my cabin :)

Our Loya Log cabin was delivered last Monday as scheduled and placed on our drive exactly where we needed it by the friendly delivery driver. We left the package fully wrapped on our drive until the Saturday morning when we started the build. Started at 9am and by 4pm we had the roof on and a quarter of the floor. Started work again on Sunday morning and by 5pm had all of the build complete and half of it treated. Just waiting for some dry weather to get the remainder treated then will be filling it! A great product by Tuin that should last us years. Thanks!

I ordered this in July after seeing my brother in law's, I was very impressed with his, right from the process of ordering the summerhouse to your delivery driver dropping off the cabin you were first class , the driver called about an hour before delivery and dropped off as close to the house as was possible, my nephew who built my brother in law's one also built this and we had it built in under 4 hours, we are absolutely delighted with the finished product and are looking forward to relaxing in it for years to come, the structure once built is solid and quite sound proof, a few of our neighbours have been in for a look and are now very keen on having one of them for themselves, I would recommend Tuin to anyone looking to build something similar in their garden

It looks fabulous! Good quality and good design. Pretty straight forward to put up, but my husband is great doing this sort of thing. Pays off to have some skills in this area. Only been constructed recently so hopefully as the weather is turning now we hopefully will not have any shock. It looks just great.

Loya Pent Roof Cabin: Went together very well. No warped pieces. Took 2 days to complete the build & treat the wood with preservative. Then another day to colour stain the cabin. Since had some extreme wind & torrential rain & the cabin has not let a drop inside. There were instructions included for the general build but none for the roof construction or felting so i had to use a bit of common sense for this. Overall a great, solid well made cabin. Very happy & i will definitely use Tuin again.

I was slightly apprehensive about making this purchase wondering if I had the necessary skills to construct my cabin, if the quality of the product was as good as the reviews said they were. As it turned out I need not have worried, from placing the initial order, delivery and construction everything went smoothly and I cannot rate the product or the company highly enough. I was particularly impressed when I emailed a question about some surplus pieces at about 8pm and received a response within 5 minutes now that is what I call good service. Friends have been to have a look and are so impressed with both the quality and the cost, that they are going to be ordering one themselves, so no doubt they will be using my new found expertise.

Just amazing, the Loya went up in hours with very little hassle. Solid and well made, just perfect.

I was extremely impressed all round. Organising the delivery was great and everything ordered arrived without any problems. The log cabin itself is great quality and very easy to assemble once you get yourself organised - and do watch the helpful videos. Everything fit perfectly even down to the pre-drilled holes for the door bolts being in exactly the right place.

It was easy to erect with plain simple instructions although I had to guess on a couple of items . I am not just pleased with the cabin as more very pleased when my friends say where did you get it from as I want one.
Good value for money and will last my life time.

Really pleased with our cabin. Slots together really easily. Quick to install, walls, doors, windows and roof beams all up in 2 hours! Only slight nag is with the roofing felt. The sticky part of the felt is protected by a plastic cover which your pull off. The plastic is so fragile that it peels in lots of prices rather than one whole strip. Other than that, a really good cabin.

I looked about for a cabin for our garden and TUIN was recommended by my neighbour who had just purchased one. I am glad he did as this made my decision so much easier.
I purchased the Loya cabin and I am extremely impressed with the quality of the materials, the ease of which to build( my son in law and myself had it built in a little over 4 hours),
We built it on a timber base floor, no problems at all.
I have to mention the customer service, absolutely first class, I wish more were like TUIN!! you are a credit. The delivery driver and company were fantastic as well dropped of almost exactly on the site.well done

Excellent service from Tuin which started with the delivery driver who was pleasant, accomodating and actually delivered a day early after phoning to see if that would be convenient.
Well packaged delivery with all parts correct.After spending a good time over the previous weeks preparing the site (important!) the construction was very easy. Two of us completed the main construction in around 6 hours and then another couple of days to felt the roof and apply two coats of paint.
At last I have a solid built construction to house my cycles!
I would really recommend Tuin not only for the product but the complete service that includes on-line instruction videos and complete details.

I looked at many other sheds and cabins before deciding to buy this one. What swayed me is the large amount of information that Tuin provides about the construction process in the info pages and the willingness to support their customers throughout the whole build.
As for building the cabin the hardest part was getting the base constructed and levelled. Errecting the cabin was an enjoyable process that took me two days and was....easy! The large, well wrapped and protected pallet may look daunting when delivered and more so when unpacked, however once the wood was sorted into respective walls it was a simple task to assemble and doubly rewarding when the roof joists slipped into place without needing any jiggling to fit.
My original plan was to go for a panel shed which would have been cheaper. Though it has cost a little more I am pleased that I went with this cabin as it is so much sturdier and better finished.
All in all I am very pleased with the quality of the product and feel confident that I now have a lovely cabin that will last for many years. Thankyou Tuin.

I am over the moon with my log cabin, a couple of niggles (the double door is warped, I was also emailed to put a turn button in, however, trying to fit a turn button on a stepped piece of timber is something I can't seem to do) Apart from that the quality is fantastic, all the advice on the website etc is also incredibly helpful. All in all great value and a great product. Will be recommending to friends and family.James

So glad the we opted for the Tuin log cabin over a slightly cheaper one. Fantastic quality and so easy to build too! It's a one man job and can easily be completed in a day - all you need is common sense, regular tea and bacon rolls. It went together like magic with the only pause at the end to check the instructions required when I fitted the roofing felt.

The only downside is that from the factory it's missing a half-log at the top to complete the front wall but it's so hidden up there I just used one of the pallet boards to fill the gap. Richard was quick to respond and take it up with the suppliers.

Really pleased with my cabin. Delivery was great with plenty of contact with the driver before arrival. The actual cabin was easy to put up and we were pleasantly surprised at the quality, especially of the doors and windows. Would recommend reading all the Tuin Blogs as the information was really useful. Thank you all for a great product and service.

Amazing service and how fantastic it looks. It took one day to put it up and we have no particular skills. What I was impressed with was the amount of nails and felt supplied. More than enough company's are usually skinny with this kind of thing. The instructions could have been a little better. I would have like to be able to see a tutorial for each style ( a big ask and I know that would be difficult ) but if I can work it out I'm sure everyone else can.

I cannot recommend this product highly enough. It is absolutely fantastic. The shed is of very high quality. Locks, hinges etc all worked perfectly. The shed was entirely installed in just one day by a joiner. All the parts slotted together without any problems. Everyone is very impressed :) Thanks to all the team at Tuin and the delivery guy who was amazing as well.

What a brilliant cabin and my husband and I had great fun over two days making it. We kept getting ahead of ourselves which meant quite a bit of 'in-building' but that was our fault and very simple to remedy. Can't praise the delivery driver enough - what a hero to deliver the cabin all the way up our wiggly drive to the base! Hooray for Tuin and the team.

We purchased the Royal Pent 3.8x3.0 just before Christmas and have now installed the cabin. We have a little bit of finishing off still to do around the fascia boards and flooring but otherwise the structure is all up and we are wind and watertight.
The cabin was delivered on time and the package was in good order. A couple of split logs when we opened up and laid everything out but nothing structural or that couldn't be used. In fact the most annoying thing about the build was the cold weather and the incorrect shed base size. This had to be problem-solved before we could build but thankfully we could position the cabin so that is was on a good footing.
The build to roof planks took us 1 full day. With the roofing felt and some finishing taking the second. I am sure a team of more competent DIYers could finish this in a day or day and half but with a 13 month baby stumbling around it always makes for a longer than scheduled DIY tasks.
The cabin itself is very sturdy, quick to put up and the quality of the materials is very good. Despite damp and cold day, the timber appears to be very stable and has not warped or twisted at all. So far so good. Enjoy the build! Dave and Steph, Windsor.
