We live in the North of Scotland and were a bit worried about ordering online. We are very pleased to say that we should not have worried at all, ordering our log cabin from Tuin was very simple and stress free from begging to end, The log cabin is exactly what we wanted, the installation following the instructions was very easy, about 7 hours, by husband and 2 friends, slight problem with a missing log but again the after service was excellent, after phoning Tuin, they had the replacement delivered from Norfolk in two working days...remembering so many companies will not deliver or want to charge more than the product is worth for delivery charges to the Highlands. Well done Tuin and thank you for a fantastic service and Log Cabin.
Would recommend using Tuin to anyone, great customer service kept up to date with delivery, also great service from the delivery team dropped off as close to the house as possible also called before they arrived, as for the summer house it was quite a quick assembly and is completely solid once built, I look forward to many years of relaxing out in the back of my garden in it, already a few of my neighbours are considering ordering one of their own as they have been in to see the quality of mine, very happy customer
