Excellent high quality Log Cabin kit which fits together perfectly. It is straight forward to build but does take a bit of working out because the instructions are quite limited. It is a very solid, sound building that provides a really useful and very pleasant extra room in our rear garden. The felt shingle roofing materials are excellent and provide a watertight cover. They do take sometime to fix and I would recommend using knee pads when installing - they are very rough on the knees! We are extremely pleased with the cabin and for the price think it is great value. Tuin staff have always been really helpful and provided great customer service. I highly recommend Tuin and would definitely buy again should I need another Log Cabin!

I had spent a long time researching log cabins and after visiting a friend who recommended Tuin and was on his second cabin after moving house, I finally settled on the Julia which would suit our needs and we love it, it is warm inside, and so easy to erect. There were one or two warped pieces which were resolved easily after looking at the tips on the Tuin website. I am so impressed, that I would recommended Tuin to anybody out there looking to buy a summer house or log cabin.
P.s. The delivery driver was brilliant - he dropped the bundle exactly where we needed it

Delivered day early and very impressed with how easy it was to put together. Quality of materials also fantastic. Communication with company was excellent. Son was so impressed that he’s looking at buying one.

Great product recommend this to everyone who asks about it and Tuin as a company great service from start to finish and also for replacement parts my fault for accidentally breaking window.
Only complaint was the roof felt which cracked on fitting. So only 4*

When looking around for this garden building I found Tuin to have the most informative website, ordering was so simple and very competitively priced to comparable cabins. We had a short wait for delivery but it was delivered exactly when they said. I have to say that I didn't really believe that the installation would be as simple as it said on the website, because they never are, are they! However my husband, son and brother had it up and looking great within 2 days. The trickiest part was the base, as you know it has to be perfect or nothing else will go right. It is now up, painted and looking fab, really, really pleased with it. Definitely would recommend them.

Not quite finished the build yet with just a bit of the roof to do, but I can honestly say that the kit went together without any issues. I would highly recommend Tuin if you are looking for a Log cabin, summerhouse or Shed.

This is the second cabin we have bought within the wider family and we are once again extremely happy with all aspects from ordering to completion. I rang a couple of times to add a couple of bits to the order which was easy and the staff were both friendly and helpful with their advice. The delivery guy was the happiest delivery guy I have come across (and that was saying something as I know he had been stuck on a closed M25 for 2hours). The delivery was set down exactly where I needed it to be and the package was well wrapped up and secure. Assembling was effortless, easy to follow the instructions. We did adapt the cabin slightly to our needs by adding our own insulation to the roof and to the flooring. Overall I would buy another cabin tomorrow from you if I needed another. A very happy customer :)

We purchased the Julia log cabin at the start of Dec 2020, the delivery driver was very helpful and delivered the pallet as best he could on my drive, the cabin was simple to put up it took a day to put it up and start on the roof, the instructions that came with the cabin, were easy to follow it took me 2 days to do the roof and the shingles which look great. The floor took me about one and a half days to finish off on my own again following the instructions was easy.
We are very pleased with the Log cabin, not had much use of it yet due to finishing it off over the Christmas holidays.

Great product, would highly recommend. Cabin went to together in no time at all and is really solid. It took ages to build the base and put the shingles on the roof, even longer to paint the thing but putting the cabin together was a real pleasure and took less than a day. I was a little disappointed with the delivery- the driver was in a rush and just dropped it on the road at curb side so if you want it in your drive way look carefully at the notes on how it with be delivered and make sure you leave plenty of space. The driver had another 6 deliveries to get through so was really pushed for time so didn’t even want to wait 5 minutes for me to shift my caravan over a few feet. Other than that I have been really pleased with the product and service.

Two years ago we bought and constructed a Chloe Log Cabin as a hobby room. This has proved to be such an excellent investment that, when my garden shed needed replacing, we considered another Tuin cabin - the Julia 3x5 m. You might think that a cabin of this construction would be a bit over-the-top for use just as a garden shed but costwise it was a similar in price to products of a far inferior quality from other companies. As a 73 year old I managed the building work quite easily taking my time over about 10 days and I’m just as pleased with this cabin as I was with the first.

I would have difficulty in finding any fault with the log cabin I ordered and have recommended Tuin many of my friends. I am also considering using Tuin for an extension I am planning if local planning will accept the construction.

I purchased the Julia log cabin 5x3m to replace a smaller cabin that we had, had for approximately 17years, I did my home work, having already purchased a cabin before, After doing weeks of studying different providers, from expert advice to quality, Tuin came out tops, from start to finish I have been more than happy, I was worried about the delivery as we live on a busy road and the size of the cabin, would make it awkward, I needn’t have worried as the driver was magnificent, the fork lift truck they use was brilliant, put it exactly were I needed it, the advice on the Tuin site along with the videos was priceless, the composite base for me was a must, so the base would not rot away, also paying the extra money for the treatment, it seems expensive, however it goes a long way and is recommended for it, as other treatments Just seem to seal the wood and not soak in, the cabin is finished and in use, everybody comments about how great it is, I know other people that have had cabins from other companies and have had problems, with little help or back up, do your homework read all the reviews, Tuin was the one for us, big thank you to all at Tuin.

My wife wanted a Log Cabin to set up a Sewing room. We shopped around online looking at various Log Cabins and came up with Tuin who are based at Brooke Norwich, we did choose several from the online catalogue, but wanted to view at their showroom. We live in Aylesbury and fortunately Brooke is only 45min from my sisters in
Southwold Suffolk , so we spent a few days over there. Eventually we chose the Julia Log Cabin 3x5mtrs order it whilst we were there, met up with one of the recommended installers arranged a delivery date and a installation date along with details of insulation which was fitted during the installation. I completed the concrete base and decking front entrance. The delivery was smooth and placed on my drive no hassle. The installers arrived unpacked and checked off the components and it was up in a day what an experience. It's now painted and looks great. If you wish me to send photo details just ask. Overall good service excellent product and a happy wife.

The Julia log cabin arrived on schedule, securely packaged and undamaged. Unpacking, all components were present. Assembly went very well, aided by the labelling of individual components and the excellent help on the website, especially the video. There was no warping of planks and they fitted together firmly but easily. The whole assembly was completed by myself without assistance in a couple of days.
I am very pleased with the quality and value of the log cabin, the second which I have purchased from Tuin.

Bought this in June 2018. Delivery was smooth and as described. Impressed with the quality of the material and precision - it’s chunky and tight fitting in a good way! Some of the pieces are a little warped / cracked but as they include a good number of spare sections it wasnt an issue. Had a go at assembly, took a few weekends with the help of my 12year old son. The sheer amount of support material available on the website together with the YouTube videos is really good. The final seal of approval came from a local shed company. When they installed a small side shed the wife found them admiring the nearly finished log cabin. They were very impressed by the quality and thought it cost more than it did

After being a little nervous about ordering online I am delighted to say, we are absolutely thrilled with our new cabin. The cabin was erected by ourselves in a day with minimum fuss. Would recommend this product and company who are very efficient and easy to deal with. 10/10

The cabin looks great. It appears to be made of good quality timber and went together very well indeed. The cost & quality of the cabin compares very well to others I have researched.
The delivery was on time and the service from Tuin has been first class since, as I also bought other products ie treatment for the cabin.

Delivery: prompt, the driver let me know when it was imminent, and it was very efficiently dropped off.
Moving: this is a very big package, but very well constructed. It took a while to unwrap and move around the back of the house, but it was all in very good condition.
Construction: a concrete base had been prepared, friends had been called upon, tea was in ample supply. We started at 9.30 a.m., and finished the main structure, including the roof, by 3.00 p.m. Only the shingles and the floor remained to do.
We used the instructions which were very clear, although struggled with the directions for the door.
The result was amazing. Even better than it looked in the catalogue. In terms of value for money and quality of product I think this is an outstanding product.

This log cabin is the best on the market purchased in December 2016. Wanted a Garden Office so found this on line. Tuin this is the best on the market. I will put some pictures on when finished. I would recommend this log cabin to anyone.

The whole process from purchasing the cabin, through to delivery and construction all went extremely well and I put this down to two things; 1. The product is excellent. In this case the Julia 40mm log cabin. Everything fitted together perfectly, the timber was in excellent condition, and the installation guide easy to follow, and 2. The employees I spoke to were excellent, both in terms of product knowledge and customer service. I will definitely be recommending Tuin, and will no doubt be purchasing from them again in the future. When I get round to it I'll post a photo blog of the build too.

The driver was very apologetic and suggested I contacted Turin direct, which I did. Very impressed with the service, Turin accepted responsibility and dispatched the items the following day. There was also an issue with the quantity ant type of shingles dispatched which again was resolved without issue. the quality of the cabin is very good although i have a slight issue with on of the bottom boards warping upwards, i have only just built the cabin (which was also exposed to a storm untreated) so will be waiting a while for it to settle down. The assembly was very straight forward and the information available on the website excellent. There were some hidden costs with the project which you should allow for, this is nothing to do with Turin; the concrete base was about #500 and the paint in total about #260. All in all I have so far been very happy with the quality and cost of the cabin and also the service.

On Thursday 24th March, we took delivery of our Julia cabin and a rocking chair. The delivery driver was super efficient, very pleasant, and helpful. The cabin went up easily, following your abundance of helpful tips and was finished in two days by enthusiastic amateurs! Your operation from ordering, delivery and quality of the cabin is second to none. We previously built a cabin in our last house and there is no comparison to the sheer quality of yours. The rocking chair was excellent quality as well. I would not hesitate in recommending Tuin as a first rate company! Thank you so much!
