The 40mm double glazed Julia Log Cabin. This building measures 3m x 5m and is below 2.5m in height. To the front is a 0.68m canopy, perfect for giving shade to the front of the building. Ideal for UK gardens and great for use as a small garden office.

This building has been specifically designed for the UK.

The Julia Log cabin is an apex roof design with double doors and single opening window. Double glazed and with substantial 40mm logs this log cabin could be used as a small garden office with the application of insulation in both the roof and floor.

This log cabin is manufactured using quality 40mm Spruce logs. All timber used is specially selected for the interlocking construction and must comply with high Dutch standards. These standards ensure there is no mixture of timbers or finger jointing present within any wall logs.

The glazing bars creating the Georgian effect can be fitted or left off for a more contemporary look. The window can be placed in either the left or right wall to the front of the cabin. For an all year round cabin, learn more about insulating your Log Cabin.

The optional treatments above ( Carefree, Embadecor and Embalan ) are the treatments we can offer as well as the recommended volumes suggested for this log cabin. You will only need to choose one option out of the three if purchasing treatment with your building.

Impregnation fluid, unlike the three options above is not a weatherproofing product, instead its a very effective protector against rot, insects, ect.. This alone will not be sufficant to seal the log cabin but can be used as a base coat.

This cabin is a 'special' stock item and not available in the current catalogue or with Retailers of our products.

Roofing IKO Shingles: These are from our standard catalogue range and are available in various colours and styles.

We highly recommend shingles with your log cabin: The final finish is far more superior and turns a shed into a stunning log cabin. Ordinary felt will last two - three years. Shingles will last for at least 15 years and it is unlikely you will ever need to replace them.

Spruce T&G Flooring Spruce T&G floor options are available with your log cabin in two different thicknesses, The floor kits come supplied with treated floor joists, skirtings for the edges and all the fixings required for installation.
Foundation Beams ( First layer ) Foundation beams are used to separate the logs of the cabin from the base/hardstanding that it will sit on.
