Purchased this item at the end of November 2020. Communication and delivery was excellent, ahead of schedule mid December which was great. Delivery was direct from Tuin EU. Communication was spot on and driver contacted me day before and 1 hour before delivery on day. Installation was straight forward following the excellent instructions provided. There was even a spare log and roof planks. Very happy with finished item and have received many complements from friends on it's build quality.

I purchased this cabin in June 2020 and had to wait about ten weeks for delivery as it sold out. Communication initially poor as I had to chase for updates. That said, once this was rectified, everything ran smoothly. Delivery was as stated and the driver was extremely helpful. Went up fairly easily although we ran out of roof shingles. Once I provided relevant information, Tuin sent more shingles to
complete task. Top
