Excellent quality and value. Prompt and efficient service. Someone helped me to load the timber on to my trailer and enlisted help and a fork lift to shift the load forward slightly when it proved to be too close to the car Five star rating Thoroughly recommended.

After a problem with the original delivery date where it wasn't met and I wasn't informed, this was then resolved and I received the item a few days later. Very happy with the product, very few damaged pieces and the extra pieces added on for free more than covered this.

Very happy with product, both price an quality. Struggled to find anything close to same value in Scotland. Few minor chips and cracks in a few boards but can't complain given that c.500m bought. Product easy to work with and looks the part on summerhouse. Would definitely use Tuin again for this and similar products.

Unfortunately the timber ordered was 4m long but 3m lengths arrived, 2 were also warped. However one email to Richard and the team and a replacement order was on its way. These are 4m long and are straight and very good quality. Thanks
