I bought 4 boards to replace the facias on our garden cabin. They were very well priced and, as it turned out, the service I received having made my choice, was exceptional. Plenty of help without being intrusive and, as a surprise, I received 5 boards.
When I queried it, I was told that a spare was provided on a 'just in case' basis.
If only all companies operated the same way - with service, a smile and with pure value. Brilliant.
