Excellent service, easy to order, delivery very efficient. Delighted with quality and how east to erect, all pieces present and smart appearance when finished.

We bought a Tuin Samos Larch Gazebo. Would certainly recommend the larch over other woods as finish is superb.

Tuin website is fantastic for "how to" installation instructions and if correctly set out everything just drops into place, need a few tweaks to make roof perfect but that's just me!

Now considering adding side kits and handrails for aesthetic effect.

Overall we feel we made a very good choice and will post pictures once complete.

We recently purchased this gazebo and built it ourselves. The instructions that come with it are rather basic but coupled with the advice on the website it is easy enough to do although it's best not to hurry it. I found all communication to be very quick and helpful. The end result is a lovely looking gazebo that has had great feedback from friends and neighbours.

Really pleased with this gazebo. Good quality materials and service all around. Tips for others would include: 1) Watch and read the videos/blogs for assembly on the website (the instructions provided are pretty basic diagrams which don't give enough detail and are small. 2) Be systematic and take your time. I managed to assemble it on my own but it took 3-4 weekends. 3) Good idea to buy some glue for the roof shingles just to add extra adhesion, as in some places on the hip ridges/roof ridge the nails provided won't quite be long enough to reach the wood. 4) If not assembling immediately, store your wood somewhere dry and flat to prevent it warping in rain/sun.

The Samos Gazebo is a fantastic feature in our courtyard, we absolutely love it, as does everybody who sees it.

It's all in the preparation, as long as you have the posts square and measure the right overhangs for the roof joists then everything will fit together perfectly.

I used some galvanised post supports under the posts to keep the wood away from the damp floor, they fasten to the underside of the posts and look almost invisible. Gives the impression that the gazebo is suspended.

I had one rotten roof board, but a couple were supplied as spare, which I needed to use as a replacement. I had about 10 sheets of shingles left, after double stacking the initial shingle course, the main roof and completing the hips and ridge. So plenty of spare shingles are supplied. Cut the shingles from the underside, otherwise it will be tough going.

I bought some mini guttering to finish off the Gazebo, and have wired in a couple of power sockets on the top of the ring beam, and suspended some lights from the ceiling.

The instructions from Richard on the website are very good, although figuring out how to finish off the shingles on the hips and ridge required some serious meditation.

The instructions which come with the gazebo are useless however, it's more or less a packing list.

We did have to wait a while to receive our Gazebo, mainly due to the pandemic, however we were determined to receive this wonderful product at the price given we were very happy to wait.
On the day it arrived it came on a pallet, with good instruction book. I had close friend help me build it in my back garden which took us a leisurely three days to complete..
Since then we have many happy days in it with family and friends. We also got some larch from our local timber merchant and built a bar on one of the ends ( see pictures )
To conclude extremely happy with is product; I have recommended this to all who have had the pleasure of sitting in it.

I don't really do reviews, but I just thought this product - a Samos larch gazebo, and the business - Tuin, are great, and I wanted to say 'thank you'. I bought from Tuin because of the guidance provided on the website, featuring Richard. It was clear, fun and confidence inspiring. Our next interaction was with the delivery driver who had done his homework on our location (a bit tricky), rang us in advance to confirm details and placed the pallet just where we asked. Then the gazebo itself was a delight to construct. Forewarned by Richard I thought I might have to get a saw out in the latter stages, but no, everything fitted together perfectly. We have been using the gazebo for a couple of months now and it is a great place to work, eat and meet friends. Our thanks to the people at Tuin.

I bought this kit on-line through the Tuin web-site after reading various reviews and checking out their instructional documents on how to put the kit together (which were very useful). The kit arrived, as described, and I followed the guidance document for building the Samos Gazebo pretty much to the letter. The instructions were clear and, with some help from my daughter, was able to construct the main frame, up to securing the roof boards, within 1.5 days. It took a couple of days to complete the felt roofing and adding the guttering (not part of the kit). We are absolutely delighted with the kit. It went together as per the instructions and we are pleased that we chose to get the Larch version, as it has a lovely colour and the wood (much harder than regular pine) will last for ever. Overall a 5 star product with great support and info from the Tuin web-site.

My wife and I purchased a Samos Larch Gazebo 2.9 x 4.9 for the patio at the side of our house. We are both OAP’s and I have some DIY history, the product came when promised, and we promptly decanted it to the back patio where we planned to erect it. To be honest it was a challenge, I found the videos from Richard very useful and would have had real trouble without them, we purchased round shingles at extra cost but think it was worth it. The shingles videos where ok except none showed how the ridge tiles went, I have completed the Gazebo and we are generally very pleased, it’s just the ridge shingles that still Niggle me but that might be because I am a bit of a perfectionist. The whole project took about three weeks but that wa because I only managed to put in about 4 hours a day and I was on my own with occasional help from my wife also some days I didn’t work because of weather or other commitments, I have take pictures of every stage just to show my sons I am still capable. I found the kit lacking long enough tacks for the shingles and had to buy longer ones to go through sometimes three layers on the ridges. Tuin supplied extra roofing planks in case there where any defective ones, this was a lifesaver and I used a couple. All in all a first class Gazebo but don’t expect written instructions.

Our gazebo arrived on a Tuesday and my husband and his friend had it fully assembled within two days just in time for a bbq with friends. Everyone was blown away with it, we've had so many compliments about the quality and style. We love it !!

Really pleased with the Samos Larch Gazebo. Came as described on a pallet and left in a convienient place for me to unpack. Really glad I went for larch as the final look was great. Video instructions on Tuin site was invaluable and enabled an easier build. This is a proper build and needs some good knowledge of working with wood to install correctly. Everything went well and the finished product was better than expected. Quality Company selling quality products. Would recommend all day long.

Just spent the weekend erecting this gazebo which we found very straight forward, 1 person built the whole frame and roof in 1 day then tiled the roof on the 2nd day. We built against a wall so had to climb onto the roof to finish it and lay the shingles but this wasn't a problem so long as you stay on the joists, the gazebo is very sturdy

Having looked at other companies products we decided Tuin came out the best.
My wife and I are both in our 70’s, because of the quality of the product we were able to complete the project in one week.
The Samos Gazebo looks great, we are pleased we decided to pay the extra to have the Larch.

We were a bit unsure of whether we should undertake such a build but boy it has been well worth it what a structure has been much admired by those that have viewed ,I must say that Tuin are great yes we had damaged parts when it arrived but the service that was shown as a result to re- supply replacement parts was quite frankly amazing .To be honest we have taken our time to complete the job the weather at this time of the year was against us but loving wood as I do this was a joy to build and am sure we will enjoy the Gazebo for years to come in all weathers.Gas patio heater fits under a treat and it really looks great I shall supply photographs later but Bravo Tuin we are extremely delighted with our purchase.

What a brilliant buy this has been it has lived up to our expectations and cannot wait until we can fully enjoy the facility as the weather improves but can advise buyers to consider Tuin for your purchase

Great Gazebo for a good price. The blog instructions are great to follow, you will need a hand to pull the frame up and to hold a few bits but otherwise I managed most of it on my own. The roof supports are the trickiest bits to get Square and plumb - you definitely need help from someone here. Although you can use the supporting methods they recommend in the blog you need some help holding and clamping.

We love this Gazebo, looks brilliant, really substantial. My husband and I put it up together, however, not for the faint hearted or anyone not experienced in diy.

This is a great looking gazebo and very pleased with its calm looks.There were a few isues with the build but were very soon looked after by emailing Tuin for help with next day response and quick delivery of replacement parts.All in all i would definately deal with Tuin again.

Very pleased with the quality of this gazebo. It was delivered on time with excellent communication about delivery time. The driver was happy to get the pallet as close to where we wanted as possible rather than just the easiest place.
All components were present with no damage & construction was completed without any problems. We are very pleased with the gazebo, it looks fantastic & is exactly what we were after.

We love the gazebo. The only things I would suggest would be to include proper instructions. The ones that came with the gazebo were nowhere near good enough.

Also the screws you sent were a very poor quality for such an expensive product. We had to go and buy better ones.

Very pleased with the gazebo. There was very little bending/warping of the wood. I found that it was quite difficult to get the position of the pillars spot on but then with the help of my neighbour it was quite straightforward to put up. We both were quite experienced DIYers and I feel that other people who did not have that experience would find it quite difficult. Overall though very satisfied.

Overall an excellent purchase and high quality gazebo. Looks fantastic in our garden and was put up relatively quickly. The only thing to mention would be that I would have found it easier to assemble had it have been packed in a way that was more straight forward to find the relevant piece. Delivery was on time with excellent communication and their customer service by both telephone and email was second to none and very helpful. No hesitations in recommending this highly efficient company who clearly know what they are doing.

Ordered our Samos Gazebo from Tuin and it arrived on time, well actually a day early because the delivery driver called and delivered the evening before.
Everything there as ordered, which makes a nice change.
Being an Engineer got It put up by someone, otherwise I would probably be still over engineering it!!
Wanted it for the Euros to set up for outside viewing! All completed on time and looks really good. Only thing we need now is the weather and till now that has been awful !!!!

First the road I live in is very tight but it was no problem for the delivery driver who parked his wagon on the maln road and brought my gazebo to my drive on his forklift truck. On unpacking the gazebo one of the post was damage, I took a photo and sent it to Tuin by e-mail, next day I received a new post by courier. ( now that what I call service )
I am a D.I.Y novice and no instructions came with the gazebo but I followed Tuins video and it was quite easy with very little help from my son, the shingle roof was a doddle
The Gazebo looks well better than I was expecting and am looking for many years use
