it arrived when expected, and was delivered exactly where we wanted it, we used a joiner to put it up, and this proved a little challenging as I am not sure he used the instructions, but it was complete after 5 days. it is now installed and looks great, the shingles look nice and its been a lovely addtion to the garden

This is an excellent product. It was delivered quickly by a very courteous driver. It is very well made and I have built it myself with assistance only for placing the larger items. Someone with good DIY skills and the right equipment can build this. Highly recommended

The service was good our Delivery was on time and the delivery driver was helpful. The product was well packaged and as described. The Gazebo is a part of an ongoing project. We are looking forward to using.

The Gazebo was delivered promptly, with the pallet positioned exactly where I wanted it in our driveway. We had some builders to dig the footings for the posts and to assemble it - I would not recommend trying to build something of this size yourself. The finished gazbo looks great.
