Fantastic product and extremely well manufactured. Came on a sturdy pallet and was covered, so no urgency to erect. Instructions were basic but straight forward, additional videos on the tuin website, really helpful as well. I am actually sitting underneath it writing this review, and loving it!!! I nearly have 5 stars but went for 4 for 2 reasons. Firstly the measurements in that instructions done take into account the fascia boards, which caused a bit of a problem as I was putting it next to a building. Also the quality of the standard roof felt supplied was not great. However, the actually gazebo is ace!

We purchased this large modern gazebo to cover our patio and hot tub. From the point of placing our order to delivery, the service was first class. Any queries or questions we had about our order were answered promptly and clearly. The delivery driver was excellent, calling us to let us know he was nearby and unloading where we wanted the delivery placed.The instructions to put the gazebo up, although basic, were reasonably easy to follow for a home DIY’er. We are very pleased with our gazebo and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tuin to anyone looking for a quality gazebo.

Very pleased with our large modern gazebo. Construction was straightforward but having some experience helped. Recommend that you look at the construction video link provided by Tuin.
Delivery was smooth and trouble free, the driver was very helpful and experienced.
All our friends have admired our new garden feature.
