Great building, easy to construct. During construction we went a bit off piste and added a fireplace for warmth in the evenings and a sky light for Sun during the day.

Quality of product and delivery service are outstanding and Inwould recommend Tuin to anybody! Building was straight forward although donwatch as many Tuin videos and read as many blog entries as you can before starting as everything gets much less daunting. If there was any criticism, the instructions could be more structured to give a step by step sequence rather than just a set of plans which may help avoid some disassembly and reassembly along the way.
Loved the whole experience and the build plus the end result is awesome!

We love, as in LOVE, our gazebo and have spent pretty much every evening in it enjoying the last of the summer, especially now that we've had the woodburner installed. Highly recommend this if you've got the space!

Excellent delivery, nothing was too much trouble and as we live a little off the beaten track was reassured and received regular contact from driver. Anyway, my husband and his father were just going to unwrap and sort out the lengths of timber when before I knew it half the gazebo was built!!! Amazing!! Although the instructions were basically non- existent the application of common sense prevailed. Took no longer than two days to construct with two people, the quality of the timber is excellent. If there was one issue it would be that as it is a slopping roof we have not managed to use guttering and are looking at digging out a soak away. Perfect size for our garden and this is the second product from Tuin (first was gypsy caravan) and never been disappointed.

Excellent gazebo,very well made with first class materials.
I would recommend Tuin to anyone looking for a timber building. Their sales team are very knowledgable and helpful all though the process of choosing which one to buy to arranging delivery.
The delivery of my gazebo went very smoothly,the delivery firm were very helpful and kept me informed.
The driver of the delivery lorry was extremely helpful and on time.

All the staff I talked to from sales to support were extremely courteous and very helpful nothing was to much trouble. The delivery driver was brilliant at his job as i have a restricted access to my property. As for the product the quality is absolutely first class, though i have not finished construction yet the build is very easy once you get started. thank you for your time and a brilliant product.

This product was far better than my expectations, the standard of manufacturing was excellent and I am extremely happy with the end product. The level of customer service received by Tuin and Richard in particular was faultless. Never was there a time when I had to wait for a response to one of my emails, it was instant. If anyone is considering buying from Tuin, just do it as ordering and delivery were impeccable. Also if anyone does not think they can assemble one of their cabins, before you make that decision read the various help pages written by Richard. Once or twice he says it's easy and he is not far wrong. This cabin gets a 10 out of 10 from me.
