This is a high quality product which I found very simple to erect with the clear instructions. From order to delivery was very fast and efficient and it arrived on time. We are now enjoying a superior cabin which replaced a tired and leaky shed and is very good value for money

We bought a Jorgen Pent Log Cabin 2.9x2.9m in 2020 and really pleased with the product. It arrived when Tuin advised, it was easy to assemble and looks fantastic.

I would highly recommend this product to anybody.

We found assembly very easy once you figure out the parts only took a couple of hours.
Very fast and reliable delivery.
Doors good quality but could do with a better fastening to the actual cabin.
Would buys again from Tuin in the future.

We are very pleased with our cabin the Jorgen Pent log cabin. The sales team and customer service are excellent! We changed our order a couple of times they were very accommodating and dealt with our needs quickly! The delivery of the cabin was excellent arrived day one of the delivery slot and the driver delivered it on our drive. My only criticism is that that the instructions are a little vague and will need to be read and read again follow the instructions and also use the YouTube videos to get a good understanding of the construction. General building is straight forward, but be careful with door frames.

after ordering i received a phone call to advise on delivery dates and what i would receive. delivery was prompt and the driver could not have been more helpful. first impressions where, i have quality product, after assembly this judgement did not change, i assembled it single handedly , looking for to my next purchase corner log cabin

This is the second cabin that I have bought off Tuin and they both of excellent quality, Delivered on time, easy to erect and of good quality I use one as an office and one as a store.

Service is excellent. After I placed the order I had a call telling me on which day the cabin would be delivered and then a call four days before telling me what time, then a call on the day. All spot on.
The following day I had the base laid only because of bad weather but the next day the cabin was up with the roof on, it was that simple.within a week the floor was fitted, doors painted and fitted, shingles on and the cabin fully painted.
I would 100% recommend a Tuin log cabin for the quality and the price. Amazing.

Amazing service from start to finish, the log cabin arrived on the exact day requested, my husband has erected it with relative ease following the instructions.

Excellent product and easy to assemble - provided you have level base. Arrived on time and in good order. Happy customer :)

Great cabin easy to put together only complaint i would have is the floor would have better if it was to come in the full length of the cabin so wouldnt need to join floor joists of floor boards
