I was really impressed by the quality of the log cabin. It was straightforward to put together....fair assembly instructions backed up by good videos on the Tuin website my son and I managed it in approximately 3 days between rain shower (well we do live in Wales). It will be a great addition to our outdoor enjoyment.

Great kit to assemble , make sure you read the instructions and watch the assembly video on Utube - makes things much easier , very pleased with the results , one tip for any tight joints especially on the roof rafters - spray with WD40 and they slide in a treat

Excellent price for the build quality. Summerhouse was easy to build even though the instructions were a bit vague.
Tuin delivered the item on the date they said and delivered an extra piece promptly When I discovered it was missing.
Overall an excellent summer house well worth the money

Your driver put the consignment where I wanted it. We unpacked on Friday and Saturday evening. Everything was correct.
The erection started at 8.00am and we are to put the three apexes on tomorrow then the roof beams. Quite amazed how good the logs have to put up and how fast we can put the building up. Your videos were very helpful especially the one about fitting warped logs. I will be ordering a metal roof kit for my Heino as this will enhance the building. Very pleased, thank you.

What a fantastic product. Our Henio cabin has been a year long project for us and is now an extra room in the garden for all the family to enjoy. The quality and service was first class, with a very knowledgeable after sales team. The delivery was on the date and time arranged with the delivery driver overseeing we were happy with the packaging and where we were to store it as its a hugh delivery when it arrives. I cannot fault this product at all and would recommend Tuin to anyone. We had looked online at several companies and came across tuin. The price, the quality, the service is excellent. After doing much research decided on Heino Cabin from Tuin. Great company, great customer service/support, great product. Put the cabin up in one weekend. Just like big boys lego! Never used shingles before but simple to apply and classy finish to handsome cabin.

Of course your chosen log cabin has to be the size and style you want but it’s so important to look at the details once you get past that stage. Tuin have a fantastic range so it’s easy to select what you want but the quality and attention to detail make their products exceptional and great value for money.
Without doubt the company is highly customer focused and dealing with them is a pleasure and the enthusiasm and confidence for their own products is self evident – a very comforting feeling when spending a lot of money.
Advice and assistance is readily and speedily available – full marks to the whole team.
Our Heino is everything we wanted from a log cabin and now looking forward to spending time in it.

On the whole I am pleased with the Tuin Heino log cabin. It is much more solid than other manufacturer's cabins I looked at and is a very attractive design.

Having purchased our cabin from Tuin .
I would like to thank Richard &staff for their excellent help & advice the service was next to none.Every one involved even the delivery driver were polite and helpfull. The price and quality of the cabin is excellent.Warren and Len who did the base and erection so perfectly and worked non stop.We have lots of comments already on this stunning cabin.
