Good quality cabin very easy to assemble roof shingles great only down side is on/off rain that keeps interrupting the painting but hopefully will finish this weekend

My Gitte cabin is a superb structure -- very solid and attractive, much better than the standard "shed" I had before. The additional window seemed an expensive luxury but has turned out to be a great idea. My advice to anyone undertaking self-assembly is to plan on it taking a month... a little at a time. I would stop assembling mine when I got to a tricky part and just think for a few days before proceeding! worked well for me. Tuin were very helpful when I emailed for advice. Overall, I am very happy with the end result.

I already have a Rick log cabin from Tuin , which is superb. So, when I needed more storage , Tuin were the obvious choice.
Taking advantage of a special offer, I ordered the Gitte cabin. As before, delivery was prompt, and the delivery driver was so helpful and engaging.
I’ve unpacked and stored the cabin , waiting for better weather to erect it, but, I can see from the parts that it is the usual great Tuin quality. Having built one before, I’m sure this will go together without a hitch.

Pretty well everything exceeded expectations. High quality, went together like big lego and looks terriffic. Staff/Delivery man and videos were extremely helpful. Even the Palette was screwed together rather than nailed. I repurposed it for shed shelving.

From the first point of ordering to delivery of our log cabin it has been an exciting journey and now it’s been built we are delighted with the result. This is our perfect resting room, time to relax and enjoy staying in the garden for longer. Excellent workmanship, nothing missing and admired by neighbours.

The cabin is has proved out to be a great design and excellent finish. The delivery was exceptionally quick and the wood and other items were brought close to the house and ready to unpack. The instructions and helpful advice that is on line is far greater than expected and well worth the time to read before starting.
The finished cabin fits well within the garden and looks great. In short we are very pleased with the end Rey.

I brought a Gitte cabin and erected myself over a couple of weekends.
The quality of the cabin is excellent.
But the customer service and support provided by the Tuin team was amazing, and can not be praised highly enough. They're quick to respond and helpful each time.

Browsed the websites for a suitable log cabin and went for Tuin as they had the exact dimensional product I needed. In fact they have greatest dimensional range of cabins. Ordering was straight forward and the optional extras as required. What is really good is they offer recycled plastic foundation beams so they will never rot which is great! Delivery was quick and as advised. I treated all the wood in my garage prior to assembly. Building the walls and doors was straight forward as most of it is just slotting it together. The whole build was a day and a half. After that it was just the roof shingles which really finishes it of nicely. A really solid build, very satisfying. Can't fault the product, quality or Tuin's service. Excellent

Very pleased with my log cabin. It went up really well, built over a couple of days by myself. It was all fairly straight forward. The glass in one of the doors was broken when it was delivered but it was sorted our with no hassle. Delivery driver was very good put the pallet right where I needed it, fast and professional service.

Having researched and viewed garden buildings, I am very impressed with the Gitte log cabin. The engineering and manufacture of the components is exceptional which made installation easy. There is a lot of information relating to Tuin products on the internet and I would recommend viewing these prior to building. Unfortunately I had a cracked pane of glass on delivery however Turn could not have been more helpful in resolving the issue. Anybody who is planning to buy a log cabin should certainly consider Turn.

Delivery was on time, wagon driver was great, he arrived with a massive truck which no way on earth would get down our road, so he parked up on the main road and used his forklift truck, brilliant, helpful driver.
Packaging was first class.only damage was to one of the apex gables this was in the middle and I suspect it was previous to packing. I had to get it built straight away so I could not wait for replacement and made do.
Overall very pleased with the result, my wife and I are in our 60s and managed it without any major problems.

Everything was delivered as promised and went together well. We are very pleased with the finished product.

Cabin delivered within time scale specified. Delivery driver was very courteous and offloaded the cabin pallet on my drive using fork lift truck. Parts were well packaged and protected from the weather. I unpackaged the pallet and all the parts checked off against the schedule of items. Self assembled the cabin over 4 days including shingle roof. I found it Very easy to install. Hardest part was setting up the base ring beam to level.(Could have done it in 2 days if I wasn't rained off on two days). Really pleased with the final product, it looks good in the garden. Just need some nice weather before I can to paint. Excellent value for money. Installation instructions for the double doors could have been more clear but managed to install them with a little trial and error. Would recommend using this company again.

I bought the Gitte log cabin to use as a potting shed and store for my lawnmower and garden eqipment. I must admit the cabin is of the highest quality, it is very sturdy and looks great in its setting in the garden. I erected it myself and found it very easy to do and very enjoyable. I made sure the base was exactly level and then the cabin slotted together 'like
a dream.' It took 3 days to erect including laying the base and treating all the wood with a preservative and 2 coats of clear oil. In conclusion I am very happy with this cabin and have received loads of positive comments from friends.

From the outset all the staff at Tuin were helpful, friendly and professional. All pre-order queries were answered quickly and effectively.
Due to technical problems, delivery was delayed by a day. The driver could not have been more helpful and took care to place the package where I required it on my drive.
There were three damaged pieces which were replaced quickly.
The overall quality of materials and machining is very high. Instructions are adequate and with two people the cabin including shingles could be erected in two days. The free shingles make the world of difference to the overall look of the cabin.
My only disappointment are the doors. There is a rebate in the frame which would allow for flush fitting of the bottom panel, instead the panel is fixed proud of the frame with a capping piece fixed to the top. The hinges are of a good quality but do not provide a very high level of security.
I spent a lot of time comparing prices and quality and I am pleased that I eventually chose Tuin.

Great log cabin and fairly easy to put together with the help of a builder friend. The only issue was it didn't come with enough screws etc and also we had to put the doors together including hinges from scratch, this wasn't the case with the purchase of my previous purchase. Also one of the Windows came with a 4 inch crack in

Excellent quality and value log cabin, so much sturdier and weatherproof than the alternative, an 8' x 6' shed from one of the chains. Delivered with time lag as requested, and took two of us two days to erect - an experienced friend, myself as a lackey. Needs a concrete base which was laid professionally, and I also recommend the Tuin supplied floor as a worthwhile extra.

Above everything else the customer service of Tuin is amongst some of the best i have experienced. Direct contact with Richard during the order and construction process. Unfortunately I had a bad experience with using the wrong men for the job and they tried to rush/cut some corners.. I was also not around whilst the work was being done. I would therefore advise getting whoever you use to sit down and look through instructions/website/even speak with Tuin before/during construction. eg. One of the roof beams had not been planed in the factory, my guys didn't mention it and put it into place anyway, a quick call to Richard would have rectified the issue (by either planing or sending out a new roof beam - Richard was very helpful discussing this issue afterwards, unfortunately was too late!) Would definitely buy from again in future place, with hopefully a bigger shed. Given my experience I wish I had paid more and got someone who was approved by Tuin.

Just took delivery of my new log cabin this week.
It arrived at 7-00am (just like the driver said), and by the end of the day I had the log cabin erected.
The instructions were easy to follow, and the cabin fitted together really easily. It looks really good. I have to admit it took most of the next day to fit the shingle roof, but once I got the hang of it, they did go on easily, but it is a bit of a time consuming exercise. However it was worth it because it looks really classy.
So overall, a great log cabin that I would definitely recommend.
