I had been looking for a log cabin garage for ages, checked lots of sites then came across tuin.
So pleased I did, I ordered the Rydell garage, it was delivered when I needed it.
It was well packed and placed as close to the site as the driver could, by a very helpful and pleasant man.
The cabin is of very good quality and went together fairly easily, it took two of us two and a half days to complete.
Excellent quality for a reasonable price, would recommend Tuin and their products to everyone.

We could not be more pleased with our "Rydell" garage. We first heard of Tuin through a family member who uses their building as a printmaking studio, and as a musician I wanted to find something identical but a little more square in shape, to accommodate the equipment / activity planned for it. It is perfect for my needs as a building; The construction is extremely robust, and the design is very attractive. The service Tuin provided, from first contact through to delivery was exemplary, and the building is getting a lot of admiring comments from my neighbours.

I wanted a high quality, reasonably priced garage, after a very long time researching on line I found Tuin, they offered the Rydell Log Cabin Garage at a good price. Further more I was able to speak to Tuin staff to clarify some points, they were very helpful. The garage arrived and I was very pleased with the expert way the delivery man placed it on our drive. Our carpenter assembled the garage with ease and was amazed at the quality of the whole build. The garage now stands proudly in our garden and is quite a feature. I am very pleased with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend Tuin Rydell Log Cabin Garage to anyone.

A very sturdy garage, stylish and fairly easy to assemble.Being a 58mm thick log also gives great protection against frost.Would recommend to anyone looking for a decent sized garage, and the price makes it good value too.

I find ordering online a bit stressful as I like to know what the quality is like. But in this case I was unable to see it at a showroom or see the quality for myself and had to rely on the quality of the website, videos, reviews and "Dutch". quality. All these seemed to look good, but so did the competition. Then you start looking at some of the details and the price. At this point the Tuin seem to start to pull ahead. The cabin/garage I chose was the correct size and configuration for me and just as important for me was the wall thickness, which is 58mm, which for the price made it a winner.
Delivery was just as promised on the website and was painless. Building the base proved the more painful part of the process for me, as there were so many choices. It took me ages to decide on the method, then ages to pluck up the courage to put it into action. The cost of the base is quite significant, but I was aware of that before buying the cabin. In the end I used the post in the ground method. With a wooden beam foundation plate around the perimeter.
The paper installation sheets that came with the delivery were pretty useless on their own, you have to watch the online videos to stand a chance of getting it up correctly. For instance there is no indication on the paper instructions that the purlin's have different projection lengths, so all need to be in the correct way round. There were some steel rods that we only worked out where they might go after it was too late. There are some threaded tie bolts with we decided went down each corner of the frame, but are not mentioned in the instructions at all. These tie rods go against all the other instructions in the blog that recommend you don't constrain the building in any way. Having said all that it took me about 3 days to build the base, two of us one day to build the structure and two of us one day to install the shingles. The installation of the window was straight forward but I have yet to figure out how to fit the door and garage door frames. I then need to sort out the floor and then protect it all. The assembly of the walls and roof was straight forward and great fun. It was excellently made and fitted brilliantly. If asked I would certainly recommend the Tuin cabin.
