Elburg Modern Log Cabin 5x2.5m

Efficient service with delivery as requested. Instructions a little basic. We are now enjoying the cabin in our newly landscaped garden. Def use Tuin again.

My experience in buying this cabin was good from start to finish. The delivery driver could not have been more helpful, the instructions were easy to follow so that the installation was easy and fun and the quality was excellent. A minor problem with some extras I had ordered was resolved efficiently, quickly, and satisfactorily. The many email contacts with staff were responded to quickly, productively and in a very friendly manner.
I am very pleased with the finished product and would gladly recommend this company to anyone.

Arrived and delivered within time frame . Once he got going was erected within 2 days, mainly solo. On the whole instructions good just a few tricky bits . Really pleased with log cabin aesthetically and quality .

This will be a great addition to our garden. Fantastic space for storage with the additional seating area. We found it fairly easy to follow th einstructions and build the unit ourselves.

We love the Elburg and are really enjoying the outside space. The assembly was complicated throughout - the instructions are generic and not specific to the Elburg which demands a lot of thinking for yourself! We had lots of wood left over which was a bit worrying but can only think these are spares. Fixing the fascias on the front of the cabin was the most problematic of all. The lengths are equal and yet the fixing posts are NOT! We had to buy brackets to join them together. This is not explained in the instruction leaflet. Fixing the doors on is very tricky and maybe Tuin could send the door frame prepared with the door hinges already in place. Definitely a 3-man job!

Very pleased with the overall quality of the cabin, the ease of installation, easy instruction. It took few days of after work time to put it together and it just simply looks amazing.
We are now debating on the colour we should be repainting it. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for ready solution for garden cabin.

What made me choose a Tuin cabin was not only was the price very good but the website had sections about every possible thing you could want to find out and photos / videos which made it so reassuring to see. Very pleased with my Elburg Log Cabin, delivery communication was excellent and response to emails was excellent also. I looked at a lot of options before deciding on this cabin. Erection was straightforward with 2 people - the key thing is just having access for delivery.

Excellent service from Tuin throughout. Cabin is high quality and was so easy to build. It is structurally sound. Originally purchased to use as shed and bbq space however too nice to store garden tools and have turned into a bar. Fully intend to purchase another larger cabin to replace my garage in next couple of years.
Cannot recommend more.

Took alot of time looking for the correct storage cabin. Chose this unit. Arrived on time, took me and a Pal just a day to put together, very straight forward. Finished the second day on the roof then painted it. Very very happy!

Delivered on time with an exceptionally polite driver who considering the size of the pallet was parked, offloaded and on his way within 10 minutes! Quality of the product is absolutely excellent - and the build was easy but make sure your base is truly even! Cant fault this company from start to finish

The cabin is good quality, very functional and looks lovely in our garden.

We ordered the Elburg after looking at a number of similar cabins, and based on the great reviews settled on the Elburg, and we are so glad we did! The delivery was fantastic, our street was too small for the waggon, but that wasn’t an issue, driver unloaded onto a forklift and brought it straight to my door. On unpacking there were a couple of damaged pieces, caused by the location of knots in the wood. However I got on to Tuin and replacement pieces were with me within 2 weeks. Husband and I are “enthusiastic amateurs” but we were amazed how quickly and easily the cabin went up, it took us a weekend all in all. All contact with Tuin has been positive, my only slight gripe (and I recognise this is probably due to the pandemic) is that they don’t answer the phone. You will always get an email response within 24 hours but that does mean a conversation may take a couple of days. All in all very positive experience and love the cabin!

Arrived as scheduled. Once we had unpacked, it was quite easy to put it together. We love it......would highly recommend.

I've not built it yet, just waiting for the rain to stop. Great delivery. All the parts are in good condition, instructions look fine.

Great cabin with very functional indoor and out door space. Very easy to errect and was done in a day by myself. In all totally satisfied with purchase.

Delivery driver couldn't have been more helpful, packaging was excellent, it rained for days after delivery and when it was finally dry we unpacked it and everything was dry as a bone. Took us 2 days to build which mean treating every piece twice before assembly, found the roof a little difficult but decided to suspend string to highlight the joists which meant I could get up there and roll the felt and hammer in. Now have a lovely new summer house/bar in our back garden, would recommend to anyone.

A brilliant product with excellent service.
It took 2 days to assemble but the quality of the wood was excellent.
The only negative would be that the instruction were very sketchy and you had to make your own way around on some stages of construction.

I recently purchased the Elburg modern log cabin and can honestly say value for money it must be one of the best purchases I have ever made.
I originally set out researching sheds when I stumbled across Tuin cabins. They were obviously more expensive than similar sized common sheds but I was amazed at what I was getting for that extra money.
After browsing the fountain of knowledge on the website I was 100% confident in my purchase.
Delivery was great considering the challenge of living on a narrow terraced street, what a driver!! Cabin arrived in perfect condition and went together easily after following all the tips available on the website. Chose to upgrade to easy roof which I don't regret, just wish I didn't fit it on my own during the 28 deg. Of the recent bank holiday weekend. I also purchased the carefree protectant which I gave every piece of the cabin a good coating before assembly. Soul destroying task but I figured it would pay off in years to come.
Further coats applied after assembly.

I had some concerns that the driver wouldn't be able to get to my house, but the emails i sent were answered quickly and reassured me.Installation was time consuming in particular the roof and floor.However it has all been worth it as the finished product is marvellous and the focal point of the garden.All in all very impressed with it and with Tuin

Delivered on time and very easy to construct with consice drawings and notes. Managed to do it myself over a full weekend.
Very happy with cabin and has survived all the snow in our area over last few days so solid construction.
Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing.

When we ordered the Elburg log cabin the service and updates we received from the customer service staff has been second to none and every time l phoned to make an enquiry they could not be more helpful
We have not built the cabin yet as we live in the Isle of Man and we have only recently received the package no one's fault as Tuin could only deliver to a UK address no problem.
We chose Tuin because a relative has one of there log cabins and the quality for the price is excellent

Unfortunately I have not been able erect log cabin as weather has turned against me . Delivery was perfect and the wood has been transferred to rear garden and covered. In proses of treating with Sadolin classic in greenhouse. The wood is perfect and very well finished Hopefully the temperature will rise and it will be completed soon

Really helpful from order to delivery. The delivery guy called ahead of time as he was supposed to and hence delivery was hassle free.

The cabin was perfectly made, everything fitted as it was supposed to.

The only criticism I have is the instructions were awful. The pictures / drawings are so poor for a first timer I ended up wasting a lot if time checking and double checking I was building it correctly. But in the end it was all pretty obvious...improve the instructions / plans and it would be perfect...

I have had great experience building this log cabin it was so easy to do. When I opened the pack I found that one off the 5m length of wood was badly damaged so I emailed tuin and the response was great and I had a new one within 2 day. So I could carry on building it. Until I started to felt the roof and they had not sent the right amount of felt so I email them and it was no problem to them and I received a roll with in two days again. The Sevice and back up is second to none. I will recommend them and I will buy another one if I need one

Awesome. Make a good base or make yourself problems, take the plans literally do not think you know best. The canopy element is just perfect. The forklift that deliveries it goes sideways amazing...

Brilliant service from ,phone calls to talking to the driver directly . Thouroughly pleasant experience. The cabinis brillint but had to be altered slightly to fit due to different legnths of woods . Really good , would recommend and i will be buying from here again

We couldn't be happier with the elburg modern log cabin. From the begining the customer service was excellent, the blog alone shows how dedicated Tuin are. The build itself was suprisingly easy. Managed to erect the cabin complete in one day without rushing.

Product is good, caution on home delivery as pre-pack is extremely long.

The flat pack looked daunting at first but once the components were sorted the cabin was built in no time at all. A great product for the price and I would definitely recommend Tuin to anyone.

The cabin itself seemed very good quality, but written instructions were missing. Being reasonably practical, I got started anyway, and the company later emailed them to me. An issue with some wrong bits were quickly sorted, and I would buy again based purely on the excellent customer support. Overall, I am very pleased with the end result, and have a lovely cabin at a good price.

Good response to questions, very helpful by offering to store the cabin for when I was ready to take delivery. Easy process to order the cabin and no money was requested.
After the order I asked a few questions on suitable base sizes and received quick answers. Installation was easy and I have no complaints.
