Delivered well packaged with timber spacers to keep the timbers flat and aired. Used the guidance on the web site to construct took me 2 days to build on my own which was eventful. Comes with spare roof slats which helped as a couple twisted. Shingles took another couple of days had 3 individual tiles left once done. Great quality materials love the finished product recommended.

We absolutely love our Corfu gazebo. I followed the instructions online via the website which made it quite easy to build. There were enough spare pieces of wood just in case anything was damaged. It took only 2 days to build for 2 people. It was quickly delivered and the delivery driver was very helpful in putting the pallet where I needed it. Overall, excellent service and an excellent product. Thank you.

We are delighted with our Corfu gazebo. It was delivered quickly and was well packaged. It was quite easy to construct only taking a couple of days. We now have lighting and a sound system inside the roof space so it is a lovely room space outside. We would recommend it to anyone. Delighted thank you.

What can i say. We are super please with our gazebo. It arrived on time as agreed with Tuin. The quality of the wood is great. Myself and a friend spent 2-3 days putting it up, the instructions could be a a little better thought out, but we managed to get it up. The Shingles we time consuming, and Tuin really need to add some instructions on how to lay the singles correctly, as we struggled to begin with. But after finding some videos on You Tube we we able to finish it. It looks fantastic. We were a little short on Shingles, but i emailed Tuin and they sent out another pack of shingles for me to finish the job, no questions asked. I would call that good customer service.

The Gazebo parts arrived well packaged and on time. After following instructions I started the build. The build was quite straight forward but the extra help online was very useful. During the build I found that the roof timber was too short and reported this to Tuin, who sent me new lengths of wood. These too were also too short but I managed to get round this by buying from a local timber merchant. However, this meant that I had to cut every piece of roofing to length. Tuin apologised and refunded some money. If it wasn't for this it would have easily been 5 stars

I took the plunge and purchased the "Corfu" believing that a promotional price was coming to and end. Delivery was first class, well detailed and in fact delivered ahead of schedule. The reality is that the "unit"is still in its delivery pod. To be erected in the next week. Looks like a solid piece of timber. Will report further on completion.

Firstly I must congratulate you and your Company on the quickness in which you communicate. Having been an Agricultural Engineer Service Manager until I retired, I have never dealt with a Company who answered any correspondence so quickly.

To start off, I was looking through the internet to find gazebos at 11.00pm on a Saturday night. I sent an email regarding some details and early next morning an email had arrived with my questions answered. How amazing is that! I ordered and a delivery date was given and as promised an hour before delivery the driver telephoned to state the time it would arrive, we told him that we lived in a narrow road. While waiting for the lorry we were surprised to see a fork truck coming down the road with gazebo on it. The driver had unloaded in the Village lay-by and had driven 400 metres down the road to our property. What excellent service.

Now for the gazebo. I am in my 80th year and as there was no one local to erect, I decided to try and do it myself with my wife as my builders mate. We unpacked and laid the wood out as you suggested and found a couple of problems, these were dealt with efficiently by email within 10 mins. We bought wood clamps and erection was no problem, Value for money is outstanding. Your email gave us the answers on tiling with the roof shingles. Only thing I wish is that I had put another truss (rafter) either side of the centre one and the hips, this would have made the roof stronger. I will probably get some wood later and do this.
