Great quality, and it was very straightforward to put up. I think this will last many many years.

The cabin itself is of good quality. The product arrived and X2 of the adhesive canisters had burst all over the EPDM roof. Which we've had to replace ourselves. That isn't the biggest issue though. A lot of issues and time wasted could have been avoided if the instructions were actually good, sadly they are poor and very generic for all builds not your specific cabin. Quite lazy actually. Probably the worst instructions I've seen for a DIY build of any kind never mind of fair complexity. Not sure if I'd purchase from here again.

Excellent service. The Chalet and Gazebo was erected in one day by our son and just a little help from elderly parents. Everything slotted together perfectly, amazing. As you yourselves commented, the longest and most important part was the foundations. Our foundation was a framework which we extended in front which added an extra dimension. Many thanks.

We ordered our Chappo Log cabin from
Tuin after scouring the internet for a new garden sunroom and patio. The prices seemed reasonable and the reviews were good too .. we were not disappointed. The delivery was on spot on time , arriving at our property at exactly the time quoted- it was very impressive considering where it had come from. The instructions were easy to follow and it took two of us two days to construct the cabin.
It provides us with the option of using the indoor space as a sun room or garden storage as well as having a covered patio area which can provide shade in the sun or protection when it’s a bit chilly or light rain. We absolutely love it and it was a brilliant price.

Everything from delivery to installation was spot on the cabin does not disappoint it has given us an extra room in the garden and the outside area is perfect for a hot tub or rattan furniture,thankyou Tuin

Using key words for an on-line search, I was able to find the right dimensions to suit the gap in the garden that I was planning to replace an old Wendy House shed. In chose the #TuinDeco design. The option to have treated log cabin style timber provided a solid investment compared to conventional thinner timber designs. Having the summer house style part on one side and the open gazebo part on the other side (out of the cold Northerly winds!) to escape the sun in the hot summer whilst still enjoying the warm air and garden life/views is an ideal combination. The delivery was simple and professional. I prepared all the ground works, concrete base, power supply and tree/shrub/climber planting areas before getting tradesmen into erect the cabin building. This saved a lot of time and was worth paying for as they did some extra reinforcements; epoxy'd the single corner beam into the concrete and secured the roof purlins to the walls - rather than just relying on the weight of the roof) as the SouthWesterly storms have battered the previous garden shed. I also got them to batten over the roof felt (vertically down the slope) as an extra precaution and then put wire for the climbers (e.g. Honeysuckle etc) perpendicular to those extra battens. Looking forward to a wilder, more biodiverse garden that can be enjoyed in the rain and hot sun!

what a fantastic cabin/summer house so easy to put up took 1 day for my husband and son in law to put together. Delivery was easy came overnight on the ferry from Holland would recomend anybody to buy from this company

My wife and I have been considering having a log cabin (bar!!) for some time but I nave seen some very shoddy constructions mainly due to the quality of the product.
After many hours of research we decided to risk ordering from Tuin. Even after the delivery (very pleasant and helpful driver) and seeing the item sat on the driveway I was still apprehensive.
Then the building commenced with my son and I doing the work.
All I can say is WOW, it is simply stunning. Those are not only my thoughts but also the feelings of all my family and friends.
To say I am hugely impressed is a massive understatement. The build is straight forward and the quality of the wood is second to none.
If you want a cabin but are not sure who to buy from, ORDER FROM TUIN, you will not be dissapointed.
If I could give more than a five star rating I happily would.

Delivery guy was amazing and put the delivery exactly where we wanted it. Very well packaged. All parts labelled clearly. Easy assembly and finished product looks amazing. Put it together in 1 and a half days and now just need some dry weather to put on the EPDM rubber roof. Very pleased and would definitely recommend Tuin.
