I purchased the Alice Playhouse for my grandchildren who are thrilled with it. It is a good size and the design has a small gallery upper area which fits a small mattress and cushions which are great for relaxing and reading. The play area on the ground floor is approx 8' x 6' and I have managed to put a small pre-made kitchen in and also foam mats on the floor for safety. There is sufficient room for the two of them to play in and one even cleaned the perspex windows and asked me to make curtains! I think it is value for money as a totally bespoke playhouse of this type would cost much more. It does require a flat base but I got the area levelled in concrete and this has worked fine. Paving slabs would also work. I would highly recommend as the quality is good and the instructions for putting together are clear.
