We purchased and installed a Syros gazebo in April last year (2021) and are delighted with it. The roof support posts are fixed into galvanized post holders fixed to paving. I ordered 18 mm Douglas timber edge boards to cover the metal post supports. The ordering process was easy but there was a delay on the timber supply, due to covid problems worldwide. Tuin kept us appraised of developments and when the wood was available, they shipped it to us very quickly. We are very impressed with Tuin and rate them highly.
