At Tuin, we’ve introduced a new 30% deposit scheme on all eligible orders to enable you to secure your order with a deposit and pay the remaining balance closer to your delivery date.
How does our 30% deposit scheme work?
We allow you to split payment on any order of £2,500 or more. Once you’ve chosen your perfect garden building and added it to the basket, you’ll be given the option to pay in full or use our split payment option.
Step 1: Pay a 30% deposit
At the checkout, you’ll have the option to secure your purchase by paying a 30% deposit using any of our standard payment options. This will confirm your order and we’ll start processing it.
Step 2: Pay the remaining balance before your delivery day
You won’t need to pay the remaining 70% of your purchase immediately. All you need to do is clear the balance before your scheduled delivery date. We hope that this will give you extra time to manage your budget and ensure you can start building your dream garden.
When do I need to pay the remaining balance?
A payment request for the remaining balance will be sent to you approximately one week before your delivery date. We ask that this outstanding balance is paid no later than the Monday of the week before your chosen delivery week.
Confirmed delivery will only be guaranteed once the remaining 70% balance has been paid.

An important note about delivery of your order
We’re only able to guarantee your selected delivery week once the 70% balance has been cleared.
You will be able to choose a delivery week that suits you, but prompt payment of the final balance will ensure your delivery stays on track.
To avoid delays, we recommend paying the balance once you receive the payment request.
