That's why every Tuin order is covered by our Price Match Promise:

If you find the same product cheaper elsewhere, we'll match it. And for our best-selling Log Cabins and Summerhouses, we go a step further, checking prices for you every week and protecting your purchase for 30 days after you buy.

What It Offers

1. We'll match a lower price before you buy

Found a genuinely comparable product for less on another UK retailer's website? Tell us before you order (or within 24 hours of ordering) and we'll match it.

Send us the competitor's product link, along with your order number if you've already ordered.
We'll confirm within 2 working days.
Once we've quoted a match, that price is held for you for 2 working days.

2. 30-Day Price Protection after you buy

(Applies to Log Cabins and Summerhouses)

If you discover a similar garden building from another UK retailer within 30 days of your purchase, we’ll refund you the difference.

Claims must be made within 30 calendar days of your order date.
Covers the product price only, not delivery or installation.

Terms & Conditions

By requesting a price match or price protection refund, you agree to the following:

Eligibility

The competitor's product must be brand new, in stock, and available to the general public via a trusted UK-based online retailer (not a trade-only listing, auction site such as eBay, or a price-comparison website).
The competitor's advertised price must include VAT and UK delivery, and must be verifiable at the time of your request. A live link to the product is best.
The product must be materially the same as the one you are ordering from us. Comparable size, timber type and wall thickness (within roughly 2mm to 4mm), glazing, doors, windows, and roof material. Felt roofing is not treated as equivalent to our standard shingle roofing.
Clearance, bespoke or modified products are excluded from our price match.
The Promise applies to online orders only and does not apply to in-store purchases.

Making a request

Before you buy: contact us with the competitor's link before placing your order, or within 24 hours of placing it, and we'll aim to respond within 2 working days.
Price match quotes are valid for 2 working days from when we issue them. After that, the quoted price may no longer be honoured and you'll need to submit a new request.
After you buy (30-Day Price Protection): applies to Log Cabins and Summerhouses only. You must notify us within 30 calendar days of your order date. This covers the difference in product price only. Delivery and installation costs are excluded.

What isn't covered

Prices that include finance/buy-now-pay-later offers, cashback, or voucher/discount codes cannot be matched or combined with a price match.
Prices that bundle in delivery or installation in a way that can't be separated for fair comparison.
Competitor stock that is unavailable, discontinued, or not able to be delivered to your location.
Any price change that occurs after your applicable claim window (2 working days for a pre-purchase quote; 30 calendar days for post-purchase protection) has closed.

Our rights

We reserve the right to decline a price match or refund request where we cannot verify the competitor's price, or where the competitor's product does not genuinely match the specification, quality, or service standard of the equivalent Tuin product.
We reserve the right to update, amend, or withdraw this Promise at any time; changes will not affect a price match already confirmed in writing.

Your rights

This Promise is offered in addition to, and does not replace or limit, your statutory rights as a consumer, or your rights under Tuin's 10-Year Guarantee against manufacturing faults and timber defects.
Nothing in this Promise affects your right to a refund, repair, or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where applicable.
