If you'd like to take a look at one of our garden buildings before you buy, we have a dedicated showsite with a selection of buildings for you to view. Our headquarters are in Brooke, which is about a 15 minute drive south of Norwich, Norfolk.

Showsite Opening Times

Our showroom is open 9:30–4:30 Monday to Friday. We may occasionally close our showsite for maintenance work or bank holidays.

Getting To Our Showsite

Brooke Industrial Park is on the B1332 road between Brooke and Poringland. When you arrive at the business park, drive straight up to the main unit, and we are the third unit on the right-hand side.

Although the front of our unit has a very commercial look, don’t let that fool you. Inside and at the back, our showsite is the complete opposite, with more garden vibes and a nature-oriented appearance overlooking the nearby lake.

Following our highly anticipated refurbishment project, we now have well over a dozen garden buildings, garden structures and more residing at our showsite. These include:

We have optimised the space to include as much stuff that Tuin has to offer. From home offices and garden rooms, to glamping facilities and wellness, get a feel for how our garden buildings can be used to give you more space.

Our Sales & Customer Care Team Reception

Upon arriving at the Tuin showsite, you will be greeted by one of our lovely sales & customer care team members. Entering the showsite will bring you into our reception aread housed inside a Blackpool log cabin.

A bright and spacious Garden Office - the Blackpool Log Cabin

The Blackpool is an ideal medium-sized cabin for those looking to transform their garden into an efficient home office. Traditionally styled with an apex roof, the Blackpool boasts large double doors with matching windows on either side, plus another set of three opening windows that you can fix to either side. It’s where our sales & customer care team call home.

Our Cosy Indoor Glamping / Playhouse Area

Behind the reception sits a larger room where we have set up a number of our garden and glamping buildings for you to take a look at. No matter the weather, you will see these builds unspoilt to view and try out.

The Glamping Deck Complete with Aluminium Pergola

On the left, you will see a glamping area complete with a timber decking base. This display features the Deluxe Hot Tub Barrel, an excellent enhancement for any glamping site or garden. Our hot tub sits underneath the striking Aluminium Pergola that helps tie the whole experience together.

Kid’s Play Area [COMING SOON]

Whether you are bringing the kids or grandkids along, we have one of our garden playhouses for them to try out. The Snow White is a very popular wooden Wendy house that is sure to be a hit with new families. It resides next to our glamping deck and is fully built to explore and have a play in.

Luxury Spa Experience at home - Kalle Sauna Barrel & Outdoor Shower

Capping off our glamping area, we have one of our popular sauna barrels on display. The Kalle is a small/medium-sized barrel made from pressure-treated timber. Accompanying the Kalle, we have a spacious Outdoor pine garden shower that helps create a proper spa-like experience.

Once you step outside at the back of the building, you will be amazed at the space we have outdoors, where we have 10 more large garden buildings on display for you to view.

The Emma Corner Log Cabin

One of our most popular log cabins, the Emma is a great fit for any garden. Measuring 3 x 3m with 40mm logs, it is a great all-rounder log cabin in the summer and, with added insulation, a fantastic year-round garden building.

The Jannie Corner Cabin with Canopy

If you like the Emma but want a bit more space, the Jannie offers the same great cabin with an additional gazebo space at the side. This way, you have a great indoor and outdoor space to utilize in your garden.

The Paddy ‘Gypsy Caravan’ Shepherd’s Hut

Sitting towards the centre of our outdoor showroom sits a very impressive Paddy Shepherd’s Hut. These popular garden buildings are a great alternative to regular log cabins, bringing a sense of classic British countryside to your garden or glamp site.

The Jason Modern Log Cabin

For those wanting a modern styled cabin as their base of operations, we have a Jason log cabin on display too. Part of our premium log cabins range, the 4 x 3m Jason has 20mm floor and roof boards as standard and a sub-frame foundation, making it convenient and reliable as a modern garden office.

The Premium Jamie Log Cabin

Back at the front of the showroom, we have another premium cabin, the Jamie. Slightly smaller at  3 x 3m, it has all the benefits of the Jason, making for a cosier and more efficient garden home office.

The Tampere XXS Sauna House

To get the best spa experience at home, take a look at our Tampere Sauna House range, the smallest of which sits cosily in our new showroom. Styled after our log cabins, the Tampere XXS and others like it are beautifully designed to fit in seamlessly with your garden landscape and other garden buildings.

The Traditional Daisy Log Cabin

Another one of our most popular cabins, the Daisy fits nicely into any home without taking up too much space. This 3.5 x 2.5m log cabin gets plenty of natural light as well as natural ventilation with its double doors and large opening window. For a traditionally styled garden room or home office, this one is a must-see.

The 4m Camping Pod

New to our showsite, the smaller of our two camping pod buildings fit right at home as part of a glamping site, offering stylish yet spacious space for accommodation. Alternatively, this unique building offers a lot of uses at home as a hobby room or even a garden gym.

The Alaska Gazebo with Hot Tub & Acero Kitchen Station

Branching across the back of our showroom, we have the spacious Alaska gazebo, an ideal sheltered space for hosting garden parties, barbeques and more. To show this off, we have added one of our practical Acero Outdoor Kitchen Stations, as well as another wooden hot tub, getting you inspired for the summer no matter when you visit.

The Trev UPVC Clockhouse Cabin

Last, but certainly not least, we have our Trev Clockhouse installed at the very end of our showroom. This large 70mm log cabin makes for an excellent centerpiece as an ultimate garden room or as the basis for a residential garden building.
