To ensure your gazebo is stable, secure and long-lasting, we offer a range of ground anchor options suitable for different installation surfaces:
Screw-down post holders: Designed for above-ground fixing, these are ideal when installing your gazebo on a hard surface such as concrete, paving slabs, or a timber decking frame. They provide a clean, secure anchor point without the need for digging.
Spiked post holders: A simple below-ground option, these are hammered directly into soft ground such as soil or lawn. They are quick to install and offer reliable stability for gazebos placed on natural ground.
Concrete block anchors: Prefabricated concrete blocks with adjustable metal plates. These offer a robust and highly stable solution, especially suited to larger gazebos or installations where extra support is required.
Treatment
Although this gazebo is pressure treated (meaning it will last for years without rotting) it will still benefit from a weatherproof treatment to keep it looking it’s best. All Tuin gazebos are provided with a 10-year warranty but, to protect this warranty, your gazebo will need to be treated once a year. To preserve your gazebo, we recommend a clear treatment such as Carefree Protect.

Very pleased with the end product, good solid study structure that Im sure will last a longtime. Easy buying from start to finish and the delivery team were excellent, ringing an hour out and unloading straight forward. You will need some experience with DIY this isnt for the 1st timer, instructions limited, but enough. Took an entire weekend to get up in place and the rubber roof is a must for things to hold up to our Northern weather! Already exploring options to buy other Tuin products and squeeze into the family garden. Were a very happy family, thankyou
Having been looking for quite a while for the perfect garden retreat I decided on the Tuin Modern Gazebo. Everything arrived on the expected date in February and so the build could begin. Unfortunately after inspection the 2 smaller upright posts had rather large and long splits. Although Tuin stated that these would not cause any problems, on taking advice from a local joiner he advised that they should be replaced. Now what should have been a relatively straight forward process turned into a marathon. When asking for the posts to be replaced I specifically asked to be kept informed of timescales as I needed the Gazebo for my daughters 21st birthday in April. After my initial request I was asked not to keep forwarding emails as this would put my request to the back of the queue. So 3 weeks later I email again asking for updates to be told that it would be a few weeks till they would be delivered. So after another flurry of emails expecting the parts to arrive before my daughters birthday in April I was still no further from getting a specific date. My daughters birthday has come and gone and still no sign of the posts. At this stage I'm seriously contemplating sending everything back as I feel I'm being fed fish food and not being told when or what is happening. Eventually around mid May after further emails I am now told that there is a wood shortage and the posts are being cut at the factory in Holland. Great finally someone has told me why it has taken so long. If this was the case back in February why had it taken almost 3 months for someone to at least tell the truth. Again no specific date is given but as they are being cut you would would expect a week at most before they would be delivered. Unfortunately late June was when they arrived. My Gazebo is now at least built but no epdm on yet as I haven't had the time to complete this due to other factors. I have only given this a 3 star rating not because of the product, which is very good, but because of the service which I believe was way below what should have been expected If I had been told right at the start that there was a wood shortage and that there could be a long delay I would have been comfortable with that. Unfortunately due to the fact that I was fobbed off with " it will be a few weeks" every time I emailed asking on progress, is why the rating is 3 star. Whilst I appreciate Covid has had an impact, and Tuin have had problems with their suppliers, it still doesnt discount the need for basic honesty and good customer service. I would recommend the product as a 5 star but unless their customer service can be brought in line it will remain as 3 star.
