I have placed an order, can I still make an adjustment?
Order amendments are often not possible after the order is placed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice a change needs to be made.
Can I choose a preferred delivery date?
We can book a lorry for a specific day but we will have to charge for this. If you email in with your postcode we can then provide you a quote after discussing with our hauliers.
How can I track my shipment?
Currently, we do not offer tracking on shipments.
Do you also make bespoke/custom items?

Why does my payment/bank transfer mention the name HGG BV?
HGG BV is the holding company that Tuin is part of. HGG encompasses all our consumer brands in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain.
