Where and when can I collect my order?
You can collect your order at our UK office at Brooke Industrial Estate, Brooke, Norfolk, NR15 1HJ.
At what time can I collect my order?
You can collect your order from 10am - 4pm Monday - Friday. This excludes bank holidays.
Are there any collection costs?
There is no collection cost! Save on delivery cost if you have the right vehicle to transport your order.
Can I pick up my order today?
Unfortunately we currently do not offer same day collection.
Can I pick up at another time?
If you need to collect on a different day just let us know. We will be able to hold your order for up to 3 weeks.
I have chosen to collect a product with a longer delivery time, when can I collect it?
You will be able to collect the item once we have it in our UK warehouse, from then you will be notified by email when you can collect your order.
Can I cancel a collection order?
To cancel an order, please email in with your order details.
