Kay Log Cabin UPVC 5.95 x 8.0m
Step into the Kay log cabin, one of our most spacious models, built with substantial 70mm thick logs and measuring an impressive 5.95m x 8.0m. This versatile cabin boasts four internal rooms and a charming front veranda, making it ideal for a variety of uses, especially when you add our recommended roof and floor insulation.
The Kay creates a naturally warm and cosy atmosphere thanks to its combination of thick 70mm interlocking wall logs and double glazing. It's perfect for overnight stays or as occasional guest accommodation, with its interior cleverly divided into four distinct rooms by full-height partitions. Featuring two single doors and extensive glazing, the interior is bright and welcoming, while the inset porch and veranda provide the perfect finishing touch.
Crafted from high-quality Spruce logs with a tight wood grain, this building offers exceptional durability. All timber is specially selected for its interlocking construction and a superior finish, ensuring that Tuin log cabins never mix timber varieties.
Supplied untreated, the Kay allows for full customisation to match your garden's style with your choice of treatment. Tuin offers a range of paints, stains, and impregnation fluids, all available to purchase when you buy your cabin.
We also suggest insulating your log cabin after treating it for optimal comfort.
You can also opt for our 28mm Pre-Cut Deluxe Floor/Decking; please note that selecting this option may extend your cabin's lead time by 6 to 8 weeks.

For a truly superior and long-lasting finish, we highly recommend adding shingles to your log cabin: Unlike ordinary felt, which typically lasts only two to three years, shingles will protect your cabin for at least 15 years, meaning you'll likely never need to replace them.
