Blackpool Log Cabin 4.4m x 3.4m
Expand on your home's living space with the 58mm Blackpool Log Cabin, measuring 4.4m wide x 3.4m deep. The side windows can be placed in either the left or right wall as required. A very light and airy building with a virtually fully glazed front and three opening windows.
Manufactured using 58mm interlocking logs and offering a spacious interior, this log cabin lends itself to a number of uses; additional living space, garden office, home gym and teenage den just to name a few.
The timber used to create the wall logs is slow grown Spruce, this variety is chosen for its tight, dense wood grain. Tuin recognise that this produces a high quality garden building that is built to last. To comply with strict Dutch standards, all log cabins are free from finger jointing and mixing of timber species.

We highly recommend shingles with your log cabin: The final finish is far more superior and turns a shed into a stunning log cabin. Ordinary felt will last two - three years. Shingles will last for at least 15 years and it is unlikely you will ever need to replace them.

For the money, the Blackpool Cabin seems unbeatable, especially with free roof tiles - 58mm logs, spruce (superior to the ubiquitous pine), double glazed, metal door trim, higher end windows. The floor is not included which prompted me to use the slab as a floor, as suggested on the web site. Great suggestion which had not occurred to me. Delivery was smooth though the actual day requested was conformed at very short notice. The driver used a forklift to leave it in the road which took only a few minutes. There is some cracking in the wood and bow in the beams. Once I put it together Ill see how these issues work out. It is a shame it is 9cm above the legal limit in the UK when you erect it close to the neighbours border. Ill have to sink it in the ground and arrange a French drain. Overall, great value and a nice design.
An easy ordering process with good and helpful communication, not had a chance to build it yet though.
