1. Our Price Match Guarantee

If you find a brand new garden building of a similar size, material, and quality at a lower price on a competitor’s website, we’ll match that price.

How It Works

The competitor’s product must be available to the general public (not a trade-only or auction listing).
The competitor’s price must be current and verifiable online at the time of your request and the product must be in stock.
The product must be new and near identical (or at least similar) in material, size, and specification (for example, same wall thickness, timber type, glazing, and roof finish).
The competitor must be UK-based and include VAT and delivery in their price.
To request a price match, simply email our customer care team with a link to the competitor’s product page before placing your order or within 24 hours of ordering.

2. 30-Day Price Protection

We also protect your purchase for 30 days after you buy. If you discover a similar garden building (see our price match specifications) being sold at a lower price by another UK retailer within 30 days of your purchase, we’ll refund you the difference.

Conditions

Applies only to a similar model and specification.
The competitor’s item must be in stock and available for delivery to your location.
Claims must be made within 30 calendar days from your order date.
The refund covers product price differences only; it does not apply to delivery or installation costs.
This ensures your money is safe even if prices change shortly after you’ve ordered.
