Made from 40mm spruce logs, this sauna house provides excellent heat retention and a long-lasting, durable garden building that will last for decades with the right care and regular timber treatment. The classic exterior blends perfectly with both modern and traditional style gardens and allows you to enjoy the benefits of sauna use all year round.

Inside, you’ll find two distinct internal areas with a spacious separate changing or relaxation room and a dedicated sauna space. A welcoming front decking area allows you to grab a breath of fresh air before or after your session and help you feel more connected to nature.

The large glazed windows to the front of the sauna allow natural light to flood into the space and allow you to enjoy the landscape surrounding your garden. In addition, regular sauna use is associated with improved circulation, muscle recovery, improved sleep and reduced stress. Please note: All of our sauna houses arrive completely untreated. To prolong the life of your sauna, good quality treatment should be applied to all timber following the manufacturer’s guidelines. The inside should be coated with sauna wax or oil.
