Tuin’s focus is on delivering a brilliant quality product that lasts you a lifetime, whilst we support you throughout your 10 year guarantee with a high level of customer care & industry knowledge. So it is likely you will find cheaper products from competitors who do not have the same values. However we are always very happy to see if we can price match for you and often do.
Our price matching quote will only last for two working days from when we offer it, so when you ask us to price match, you will want to be in a position that you are ready to make a decision.
Here’s how to get your price matched:
Give us a ring on 01508 558 308 or email us at info@tuin.co.uk. Please put “can you price match this product” in your email header.
Tell our friendly team which product you are after and where you have seen it cheaper.
Have some proof ready –a link to a competitor website is the very best thing you can send us, but a screenshot with the date on it, or a written quote will also work.
A few things to keep in mind:
Comparing products is sometimes tough, the carpentry companies we have worked with for over 15 years are not the same as the ones our competitors use, but broadly styles are similar.
For our log cabins, summer houses & gazebos, we do not use felt roofs, as they perform poorly over time. Please check whether the competitor is offering an inferior felt roof in their pricing, rather than the stronger shingles that we use.
The product must be brand new, have the same thickness of wood log (2-4mm difference is probably close enough). Broadly the windows, doors & features must be the same.
We only match prices from trusted UK online retailers.
We can’t match prices from auction sites like eBay or from comparison websites.
Price matching is for online orders only – it doesn’t apply to in-store purchases.
Both we and the other retailer need to have the product in stock
The price match price does not work for products bought on finance and you cannot use cash back sites or additional voucher codes on top of the price we offer.
