A sleek and modern design- The Moderna Log Cabin measures at 7.02m x 5.32m and is made from 44mm thick wall logs with double glazing. Featuring four internal rooms, suitable for a variety of uses, especially when insulation is applied to the roof and floor as we recommend. Suitable for any number of uses from office space to extra accommodation, a gym or for entertaining- a very useful log cabin.

The Moderna Log Cabin features a combination of 44mm thick interlocking wall logs and double glazing - together these provide a natural warmth and create a cosy, homely feeling. Perfect as overnight, occasional guest accommodation, as a home office, home gym- the interior of the Moderna is split into four distinct rooms using full height internal partitions. Making the Moderna perfect for a variety of uses.
Featuring fully glazed double doors and extensive glazing for bright interior. This building is manufactured using quality Spruce logs, these offer a tight wood grain and ultimately a durable garden building. All timber is specially selected for the interlocking construction and for the highest quality finish, Tuin log cabins do not feature mixing of timber varieties.
Supplied untreated, the Moderna can be customised to match the style of each garden with the addition of the necessary treatment. Tuin offers a range of treatment options including paints, stains and impregnation fluid - all of which are available to purchase at the same time as your cabin.

Please note, this cabin is supplied untreated, we recommend that the building is treated with high quality paints and treatments. They should be applied strictly to the manufacturer's recommendation. We also offer our own treatments:
- Carefree treatment (16 2.5l tins)
- Embadecor Stain (7 2.5l tins)
- Embalan Paint (7 2.5l tins)
- Impregnation Fluid (10 2.5l tins)
Quality check:
- No Mixed timbers known as Spruce and Pine mix.
- Spruce timber is used throughout this log cabin.
- 5% Finger Joints.

Pent Roofing Options:
We offer three different types of roofing for the Moderna Log Cabin.
- EPDM ( Ethylene Propylene Diene Terpolymer ) Rubber roofing which is the best option, Supplied in Two large sheets which overlap and get sealed with adhesive, We supply two types of adhesive with the rubber roofing, A spray glue for the majority of the surface area and also a tube for a fill gun for around the edges and the overlap.. A good extra to consider with the EPDM are the metal modern roofing trims although you can achieve the same result with timber versions instead. EPDM has a lifespan of 20+ years
- Easy Roofing ( High Performance Polyester Base ) which is the second best option to consider, These arrive in rolls that are 5x1m a piece in sufficant volume for this log cabin. The Easy roofing is supplied with a self-adhesive backing meaning no extra glue is required. This roofing option like the EPDM can be finished off nicely with metal or timber roofing trims. Easy roofing has a life span of 15+ years
- Felt Roofing Kit, Standard rolls of roofing felt like what you will have seen on sheds in most UK gardens. supplied with clout nails and felt glue for the overlaps. This option has the shortest lifespan of 2 - 3 years and will need replacing over time.
Or you may prefer to use your own roofing option, Not a problem as you can select to purchase this cabin without any roofing atall at a reduced rate under the options tab above.
