Lauren Clockhouse 9.3m x 4.0m - 70mm Logs

Lauren 70mm Clockhouse Log Cabin

The Lauren 70mm Clockhouse Log Cabin features two separate rooms and is constructed using 70mm interlocking wall logs and double glazing. A signature clock tower feature sits above the double doors; this can be added or left off as required. The overall building dimensions are 9.30m x 4.0m.

Combining a classic English aesthetic with Scandinavian quality, the Lauren Clockhouse captures the essence of luxury garden living with its prominent front gable. The spacious interior boasts ten opening windows and two sets of double doors, providing ample natural light and ventilation.

This versatile cabin is ideal for various uses, including additional living space, a playroom, a home office, occasional accommodation, or even a luxury pool house.

Premium Construction

Built using first-rate Spruce, all timber is specially selected to conform to Dutch standards. These standards prohibit the mixing of timbers or finger-jointing (the process of using short lengths to create full logs), ensuring the longevity and structural integrity of your garden building.

Standard Features:

  • 70mm interlocking wall logs with conical tongue and groove for stability

  • Wind and watertight connections

  • 28mm Tongue and Groove roof boards

  • Two internal rooms with double glazing

  • Real glass and high-quality door/window fittings

  • Two sets of double doors and ten opening windows

  • Metal air vents for circulation

  • Threaded storm rods for added wind protection

  • Comprehensive fixing kit and instruction manual

  • Metal storm bars for enhanced protection against the elements

  • Hook-and-eye and twist locks supplied for doors

Dimensions:

  • Overall Dimensions: 9.30m x 4.0m

  • Building Footprint: 9.10m x 3.80m

  • Ridge Height: 3.51m

  • Eaves Height: 2.23m

  • Door Height (including frame): 1.93m

Please note: The total height of the log cabin will increase if the provided foundation beams are used.

Internal Room Sizes:

  • Room One: 3660mm x 5160mm

  • Room Two: 3660mm x 3730mm

  • 100% Spruce timber (no mixed pine/spruce)

Roofing Recommendation: We highly recommend bitumen shingles for the final finish. While ordinary felt lasts only 2–3 years, shingles provide a superior look and last at least 15 years, ensuring you likely won't need to replace the roof again.
