Dellinger Summerhouse 6 x 3 m

Create your own outdoor entertaining space

The Dellinger summerhouse features a 3 x 3m indoor space with a 3m canopy to the side which can be added to either side during installation. Fully glazed double doors allow plenty of light into the summerhouse whilst the canopy provides plenty of shelter while you relax in your garden. This summerhouse features a pent roof but it is hidden by the bargeboards, giving the effect of a flat roof.

This model is built with 28mm interlocking cladding so the building will be comfortable in the spring and summer months. If you’d like to use it in the colder months, we recommend adding your own insulation to allow year-round use. This summerhouse is untreated so you can stain or paint the wood to your preferred colour.

The timber used to manufacture our summerhouses is slow grown Spruce which offers a tight wood grain, providing a stable, durable and long-lasting summerhouse.

Pent roofing options

We offer three different roofing types for pent summer houses, designed to suit your preferences and budget.

  • EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Terpolymer) Rubber Roofing: Our top recommendation, EPDM roofing is supplied as a single, continuous sheet with no overlaps – eliminating weak spots. It is supplied with both a spray adhesive for broad coverage and a tube adhesive for precision around the edges. For a polished finish, you can pair this roofing with modern metal roofing trims. This option has a lifespan of over 20 years, ensuring a long-lasting solution.

  • Easy roofing (High Performance Polyester Base): This roofing option is delivered in 5x1m rolls. It’s self-adhesive backing means no additional glue is required, simplifying the installation process. Similarly to the EPDM option, it can be neatly finished with metal or timber trims and offers a lifespan of over 15 years.

  • Felt Roofing Kit: For a more traditional look, our felt roofing kit provides standard rolls of roofing felt – similar to those used on many UK garden sheds. The kit includes clout nails and felt glue to secure the overlaps. This option has the shortest lifespan of two to three years and will need replacing over time to ensure your summer house stays in the best condition.

Alternatively, if you prefer to use your own roofing material, you can purchase this model with no roofing option.

Hi, I bought a Dellinger log cabin and have just finished building it. The delivery man was excellent placed the bundle which was 6meters long exactly where I wanted it. The quality of the timber was extremely good and the build went with no problems at all. Only criticism was the flooring pack, the T & G boards were 2.4m long and the cabin is 3m square so for each length laid I had to cut and fix another small length of floor board also the floor joists were only about one metre long and the instructions said to join the pieces together to make longer lengths!! What a nonsense, I bought 3m joists for my 3m cabin and saved myself a lot of work. I would steer clear of buying the floor packs. I also had the one piece rubber roofing which was again excellent and following the instructions went on well and I finished the aluminium edging strips which were quite expensive but finished the roof off and looked good. Overall the Log cabin from Tuin was excellent and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I am at present treating cabin with Tuin Impregnation fluid and will post some photos when finished ..........kind regards Keith

A great little cabin with side porch. Easy to build and reasonably solid (just feels different compared to the Gunnar we put up at the same time). Only 2 minor annoyances - 1- there is a tiny bit of flex in the cabin sides inevitable really with a 3m run of 25mm logs and nothing too disconcerting. 2- the glazing on the doors isnt sealed, so when it rains water can run down between the glass and the beading on the outside, then leak through to the inside and drip down the doors onto the floor. Easily fixed with some putty or silicon, but a little disappointing when everything else is so well made.
