The playhouse is good quality- solid and sturdy. Most of all I wanted something that would last many years and it appears so much better quality than major retailers offer. It arrived quickly and was well packaged making all the pieces easy to find with no damage. Its a shame theyre not treated but after a few coats of wood preserver itll last a few uk winters. The instructions to build were quite poor with just a few pictures to guide you. A bit of knowledge and prior experience plus the right tools would make the job simple. The door for example has now closer but a simple magnet catch does the trick. The roof felt was a bit short for the overlap meaning theres a joint on the ridge. And the roof and floor boards need cutting along the length which is a bit fiddly. It also needs two pairs of hands in places. It took me quite a while to build and Im quite practical. I also did away with most of the supplied hardware and used my own stainless steel fittings but that wasnt really necessary. My daughters love their new play house however and thats all that matters. Im sure itll last them well. Customer services are also very friendly and helpful when I had queries.
Arrived on time well packed. Good quality timber ,easy to put together. A typical Tuin product well made and well thought thru design.
