The Chloe Log cabin is of a transverse apex design with double doors and a single opening window to the side of it. Double glazed and with substantial 40mm logs this log cabin could be used as a small garden office with the application of insulation in both the roof and floor. The thicker logs and the double glazed windows & doors pair together to make the Chloe perfect for an all year round summerhouse.
This log cabin is manufactured using quality 40mm Spruce logs. All timber used is specially selected for the interlocking construction and must comply with high Dutch standards. These standards ensure there is no mixture of timbers like spruce and pine.
The door can be placed on either the right or left of the window. The glazing bars creating the Georgian effect can be fitted or left off for a more contemporary or traditional look. We also recommend insulating your Log Cabin after treating your cabin.

Please note, this cabin is supplied untreated, we recommend that the building is treated with high quality paints and treatments. They should be applied strictly to the manufacturer's recommendation. We also offer our own treatments:

The optional treatments above ( Carefree, Embadecor and Embalan ) are the treatments we can offer as well as the recommended volumes suggested for this log cabin. You will only need to choose one option out of the three if purchasing treatment with your building.
Impregnation fluid, unlike the three options above is not a weatherproofing product, instead its a very effective protector against rot, insects, ect.. This alone will not be sufficant to seal the log cabin but can be used as a base coat.

FREE roof Shingles:
As a standard building you can select either roofing felt or FREE shingles. There are normally several different colours and styles to choose from. We cannot always guarantee the choice you make but we will always let you know if the colour you selected is no longer available while also offering you alternitives prior to delivery.
We highly recommend shingles with your log cabins: The final finish is far more superior and turns a shed into a stunning log cabin. Ordinary felt will last two - three years. Shingles will last for at least 15 years and it is unlikely you will ever need to replace them.

Depending on the log thickness of your garden building, you may find yourself being able to use our 65mm range.
