The 40mm double glazed Aiste Log Cabin. This building measures 5m x 3m and is below 2.5m in height. Ideal for UK gardens and great for use as a small garden office, craftroom, business front or as an all year round summerhouse.

This building has been specifically designed for the UK.

The Aiste log cabin is designed to be a light and airy building. Featuring double doors and two opening windows which allows the light to stream in while leaving three walls solid so you can put desks, sofas or other items against them making a very practical building.

This log cabin is manufactured using quality 40mm Spruce logs. All timber used is specially selected for the interlocking construction and must comply with high Dutch standards. These standards ensure there is no mixture of timbers in the wall logs like pine and spruce.

The door can be placed on either the right or left of the twin window bank, as the Aiste Log Cabin can be installed as a mirror image. The glazing bars creating the Georgian effect can be fitted or left off for a more contemporary look. When selecting a log cabin don't forget to consider some of the possible extras you can apply to the building through the options tab above.

The optional treatments above ( Carefree, Embadecor and Embalan ) are the treatments we can offer as well as the recommended volumes suggested for this log cabin. You will only need to choose one option out of the three if purchasing treatment with your building.

Impregnation fluid, unlike the three options above is not a weatherproofing product, instead its a very effective protector against rot, insects, ect.. This alone will not be sufficant to seal the log cabin but can be used as a base coat.

Roof Shingles: These are from our standard catalogue range and are available in various colours and styles.

We highly recommend shingles with your log cabin: The final finish is far more superior and turns a shed into a stunning log cabin. Ordinary felt will last two - three years. Shingles will last for at least 15 years and it is unlikely you will ever need to replace them. Log cabins are a great way to boost the functionality and value of your garden

Spruce T&G Flooring Spruce T&G floor options are available with your log cabin in two different thicknesses, The floor kits come supplied with treated floor joists, skirtings for the edges and all the fixings required for installation.
Foundation Beams ( First layer ) Foundation beams are used to separate the logs of the cabin from the base/hardstanding that it will sit on.

The cabin itself was quite a task to put together taking 2 days, some of the instructions were unclear and both persons erecting the cabin are skilled tradesman. The cabin itself looks great when together and will be well used all year around. I would improve the instruction manual or make a video guide as unskilled people could have a nightmare putting this together,
The customer service was excellent and the delivery was prompt and we were well informed but the transported of delivery times
