A substantial log cabin, the Ava 70mm building with three internal rooms. Overall the Ava measures 8.44 x 3.47m. a very useful building which lends itself to a number of uses from an office to extra accommodation, with insulation applied to the roof and floor will make this an extremely warm and cozy log cabin. Supplied with extra thick 27mm roof boards for increased thermal quality and strength.

The Ava Log Cabin features a combination of thick 70mm interlocking wall logs and double glazing - together these provide a natural warmth and create a cosy, homely feeling.

Perfect as overnight, occasional guest accommodation, the interior of the Ava is split into three distinct rooms using full height internal partitions.

Featuring four opening double glazed windows, and one single door as the main entrance, this is double glazed. The two internal doors are solid.

This building is manufactured using quality Spruce logs, these offer a tight wood grain and ultimately a durable garden building. All timber is specially selected for the interlocking construction and for the highest quality finish, Tuin log cabins do not feature mixing of timber varieties.

Free shingles for this Ava 70mm Log Cabin are the same quality as our standard range and made by the same manufacturer. However, they are last years stock and old range colours, also some packaging may not be 'as new'.

Standard Roof Shingles: These are from our standard catalogue range and are available in various colours and styles.

We highly recommend shingles with your log cabin:  The final finish is far more superior and turns a shed into a stunning log cabin. Ordinary felt will last two - three years. Shingles will last for at least 15 years and it is unlikely you will ever need to replace them.

Roofing - Optional Shingles
Wooden Floor Spruce T&G floor options are available with your log cabin in two different thicknesses, The floor kits come supplied with treated floor joists, skirtings for the edges and all the fixings required for installation.
Foundation / Barrier Beams Foundation beams are used to separate the logs of the cabin from the base/hardstanding that it will sit on.
Doors and Windows Options As standard this log cabin is supplied with UPVC doors and windows with the option to upgrade to luxury timber units,

I'm delighted with my Ava Log Cain. The quality of timer and machining is excellent and the finished cabin has bedded well. It was straightforward to self assemble. Only snag was a missing timer from the pick list but was able to make do from other spare lengths.

Our Tuin experience has been fantastic. Everything from delivery as planned to the cabin slotting together without any problems. The Ava went up from ground level to roof height in one afternoon with the roof going on the next day. Everything fit perfectly and was so easy to do. Our builder loved it so much he has now recommended it two 3 of his current clients. Thanks TUIN!
