Available in a 3.0m width with depths ranging from 2.7m up to 5.1m (in 0.30m increments), these kits take the guesswork out of DIY. We have meticulously calculated the exact number of frame beams, decking boards, screws, and accessories required for a perfect finish.

Versatile Design: Decking or Log Cabin Base

Designed to offer the best of both worlds, these kits are suitable for a traditional garden deck or as a sturdy timber frame base for a Log Cabin. The boards feature a dual-surface design: one side is relief-cut (grooved) for a classic look, while the other is planed smooth for a modern aesthetic or structural use.

Please note: These kits are designed to be cut to size during installation. This specific range is for 3.0m width configurations.

Installation & Foundation

This kit is supplied for installation on a flat, level area directly onto weed matting. If you intend to raise your deck, we recommend the following:

• For Raised Decks: Use our plastic adjustable post holders or timber posts.

• 95mm Frame Beams (Included): Ideal for installation on hard, flat surfaces (like concrete) or when using adjustable base pads.

• 145mm Frame Option: If you plan to install your deck on timber posts or concrete blocks, we suggest opting for our 145mm frame version.

Hardware & Fixings Included

We provide all necessary hardware for a secure, long-lasting build:

• Decking Screws: 5mm x 50mm stainless steel universal screws with a wax coating for effortless, rapid installation.

• Framing Screws: Heavy-duty 8mm x 100mm screws with a yellow zinc finish and large heads to resist breakage.

• Joist Hangers: Supplied for all middle joists with 4mm x 40mm screws

• Joist Tape: Provided to go on top of all framing timber before the decking boards are placed on top.
