Having bought 2 of these to give better air circulation in my log cabin as mentioned in reviews easy to fit and all fittings supplied ,although I had 1 but and bolt missing.
The down side is every time it rains the inner Chanel fills with water and over fills into the cabin both of mine leak and still trying to work out where from ,not the fixing to the roof .
Poor design opener and large bolts can be seen in side all for £167.00 not worth it.

Great product, well made, good instructions and easy to fit. Small aperture that neatly fits between rafter centres.

I bought 2 of these skylight windows for my summer house, they were relatively easy to install but I think they are a bit small to give maximum benefit to the roof light.
The bolts also look a bit untidy inside the roof which is a shame but assume we will get used to them.

Efficient delivery complete with felt make up square. Installation instructions clear to follow for proficient DIYer to retro fit. Dimensions quoted are external so glazed size not as large as I had been expecting but perhaps I should have researched this more carefully. Design of window stay could be improved. Stay has multi apertures but can only be positioned fully opened. I will clad internal frame in timber as metallic frame with multitude of black plastic end caps not in keeping with chalet style building. Well manufactured product.

This vent is ok but not spectacular. It certainly lets in extre light and allows warm air to escape keeping it fresher inside when it is sunny. When fitted near the apex of the roof it is difficult to operate as the window stay is concealed behind the frame. This also only allows two open positions. It would be better if the stay were more accessible and there was the possibility of leaving it open a small amount to permit a low level of ventilation while keeping rain out. How well the seal remains watertight over the years is obviously unknown at the moment but I would not be surprised if it fails before the shingles need replacing. It would also be better with a double glazed unit rather than a single acrylic sheet. Ultimately I might end up making my own roof light to replace it but I will see how well it performs for now. I am glad that I decided to fit it despite its shortcomings.

I bought two of these skylights when I bought the cabin from Tuin. After living with the mom for the past four months, I regret buying them. Every time it rains I end up with two puddles under the windows. Water drips down from the bolts around the wooden frame provided. The frame itself is also inferior quality and has split very easily. I am very disappointed with this product.
Tuin reply: Thank you for your review, this isn't a problem we have heard of before. Could you please send us pictures of the roof light and we can advise you / send a replacement.

Excellent skylight with useful instructions for installation, along with advice for installation within a cabin that has been insulated in the roof. Good price and an excellent product delivered quickly.

Ordered mine with the log cabin and fitted during build. Easy to fit and simple instructions. Looks good and good value at the price as seems very sturdy. Only 4 stars as design means you only can only have two opening positions which sees strange and fixable with longer window stay fittings, but not a big issue. Good service all arrived well packaged on when requested

Great for adding extra light, I had two installed on my Wolfgang Log Cabin. Only given 3 stars as I can't have them partially open as the catch does not fit. And to fully open them I have to rest the catch on the outer edge. Not very secure if it's windy. I'm not sure if this is due to the design or the installation.
Tuin reply: Thank you for your review, the vent is either fully open or fully closed, it is not possible to partially open the vent with out modification.

I bought two of these to get extra light into my cabin which I'm using as an Art Studio. Easy to fit and they look great.

Great addition to the 'extras' and certainly brightens up the cabin space - although still think the design needs tweaking as prone to leak, but would definitely recommend despite this.

The skylight vents were fairly easy to install. They allowed more light into the cabin than I had expected and I am pleased with the result.
