The Annette 40mm double glazed corner log cabin with a good size gazebo area to the side. The canopy can be placed either to the right or left as required.
Overall the building is 7.0 x 4.0m. The enclosed cabin is 3.0 x 3.0m with a 4.0m canopy to the side.
Please note: This cabin has been listed as wet, very dirty and mouldy. Some logs and gables also have some small damage, there has been some repairs made to the door frame. Please see detailed images for examples.

A grand focal point for any outdoor space, the Annette Corner Log Cabin features a pent roof making it a stunning feature. Manufactured using 40mm interlocking logs, this design benefits from a combination of double doors, two opening windows. The log cabin can be built with the gazebo either to the left or right.
The timber used to create the wall logs is a slow grown Spruce, this variety is chosen for its tight, dense wood grain. Tuin recognise that this produces a high quality garden building that is built to last. To comply with strict Dutch standards, all log cabins are free from finger jointing and mixing of timber species.

Roof Covering - Important:
This modern log cabin features a pent roof with a very shallow pitch, we can either offer free ROOFING FELT or free ROOFING SHINGLES with this cabin, not both. If both options are selected while ordering we will automatically assign your order the ROOFING FELT which is best for this building.
When using roofing felt, Please be sure to heavily apply felt glue under all of the overlaps
Because of its shallow nature, shingles alone are not guaranteed as they require a minimum pitch to work correctly. If shingles are selected you will need to use shingle glue extensively and install your own underlay which will be the primary/only weatherproofing of the cabin's roof, The shingles will only then serve for their appearance.
The EPDM roofing material is highly recommended for use with all Modern log cabins, These are far superior to roofing felt and will last in excess of 10 years. If EPDM is ordered - FELT or SHINGLES are NOT sent.
DELIVERY NOTE: If EPDM is ordered this is cut specifically for your log cabin and WILL extend delivery time shown by up to TWO additional weeks.
Deliveries are carried out by external hauliers or carriers, Log Cabins are delivered with a fully articulated lorry with a moffett forklift.
